besides perhaps wallpapers, skinning is much more than just the "image" there's a lot of coding, design, and functionality to deal with still. Porting might not fall under the "artist" catagory, but it still counts as skinning to me. Just as much as I'd say the Director might have the vision, but the gaffer is still just as much a "movie maker" as he is. Porting might have little to no "artistic talent or involvement", but there's more to "skinning"

I think many people often forget the difference between a "port" and what would qualify as a "rip", the difference is usually one little text file saying "you can". I don't think I'd put porting as a neccesity, as some people like pixstudio seem to be able to make and apply an entire suite doing everything himself. Porting seems important to me when 1 person has a strength at one thing, and another has a strength at doing something else, OR

The MOST valuable to me is photoshop. Most of my creations come from 3DS Max, Freehand, and Illustrator, I don't make stuff much with photoshop, but if not for it, I wouldn't be able to put much of what I make to use.

uhhh top left has the tab "home" and clicking the wincust logo takes you back to the main page even on user pages, and move your left pinky finger about an inch to the left and press that little magical key that says "caps lock"

lol now I really have mine going loco, the smileys might work technically, except for the fact there isn't a box to write your comments in anymore, and the ratings still don't work, I don't see the sprites either, so looks like I'll be using IE for a bit o_O also I'm assuming the people with problems have 1.0

What we mean is, a quick link on the site to report a possible rip and show any evidence the user might have gathered, toss a couple lines of text in there and send it. Only the admins would have knowledge of the person being reported, and the person doing the reporting . So yeah, anonymous and quick sounds about right

I know they could both be argued on fan art but, even though both are big copyrighted trademarks for big companies, one is original work, the other is on a billion web sites nintendo/videogame based, hell that picture is right in the zelda instruction book, and a couple dozen magazines. all the files remain, but you'll have to start from scratch with the dock itself. It doesn't erase your files. Just think of it as your settings being reset, your dock background with set to default, and it'll make the items default and with default images. But if you save your current dock as a theme in dock settings, you can just load it back after you install 1.1 and nothing will be changed or reset.

well it shouldn't matter if they know who reported, hell i'd prefer them to know i reported it, the "private" part is so people that shouldn't know you're reporting them (general public or the person that's potentially the ripper) are kept safely away from any embarrasement. lol thats what I figured sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I was wondering if maybe in the the sparingly spare time the mod's have working on this site that someone could make a new tab, next to the "store" perhaps, to anonymously and quickly report possible rips by having a little place to write a message, post links and so forth, then click a button submit it?

don't worry yet, go into dock settings under "general" and click the "advanced options" button, the option is in the very first check box, also it only works on docks set to "always on top" or "always on bottom". So make sure that box is checked, the dock is set to either always top or bottom and it says it may require a reboot to make changed settings take effect =D

doh, I'm kinda dissapointed thats the "zoomed" tabbed docks are so limited, it's nothing like the normal docks which really magnify it and affect the surrounding icons, this just makes the single icon you're on get about 4 pixels bigger >_
