If you use a per pixel skin and use an app which uses overlays, there seems to be a problem with the overlay & the colour key. I believe Windows Media Player works just fine (and has non overlay options too for better quality as it happens). This problem also occurs if you use ObjectDock or any other per pixel using app. We are still investigating it to see if we can work around this issue.

The real danger if an app decided to delete files from a users PC when it thought it was pirated would be if the detection was buggy and it happened on customer machines. I have heard of CD burning apps creating coasters though when they detect pirate copies. A silent failure when burning a CD would potentially cause lost data if the CDs were assumed to be OK.

SDMCP does nothing for WindowBlinds. That process provides tray services to ObjectBar, DesktopX & ObjectDock as well as auto start functionality for those processes.

It sounds like its been hidden by something like ObjectDock or ObjectBar. Try changing the Taskbar & Startmenu properties from control panel. BTW why does your webbrowser have no frames?

I think comparing a broken crack to 9-11 is just a little insensitive to those who lost loved ones on 9-11... If anyone wants to try WB out, thats what the trial version is for. Gives you 60 days to try out some of WBs features and decide if its worth the money. You could ask the person who made the crack for your money back of course.
