I don't have this issue, but pressing Tab does not change the radio button selection in that dialog box. (If that helps.)

I'm going to make a note of this, so I know how to respond to users with this issue if I see it again. Thanks for the feedback. [e digicons][/e]
I found one instance of this issue being reported, but there is no solution posted. https://forums.stardock.com/537076/page/1/#3972705 Try right-clicking the installer and select "Run as Administrator." Also, try rebooting your computer and try the install again.
I know I have seen this reported before, but for the life of me I can't remember what the solution was. I'll keep looking.

Account Management Support https://stardock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/4/group/14 Choose "Ask a question" and describe your problem. Supply all the documentation you can. Make note of your ticket number and don't resubmit as it will kick you to the back of the queue.
There is not a setting to display the System Tray icons in multiple rows like vertical taskbars in Windows 10. The only option to save space right now would be to have some of the icons hidden in the overflow. This has been requested several times and the developers are aware. [e digicons][/e]
Probably not the best idea to use your email address as your user name in a public forum! How to change your user name: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260257702
"If you choose one and it open up to the wrong monitor, try the other one on the list."
According to the WinCustomize stats, more than 543 cursors were downloaded just yesterday, with well over a million all-time downloads. This shows how popular CursorFX is with the WC crowd.
Did you change your email address since then? Do you still have a copy of the email purchase confirmation? Also, using your email address as your user name in a public forum is not the best idea. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260257702/Changing+your+username+or+password+for+your+account
Start10 is probably more than adequate if you only want to use a Windows 7 style Start menu. Start11 introduces many more options for the Start menu and greater customization overall. Moving forward, if you update to Windows 11, you will need Start11. Check out the Stardock pages for both before you decide. Start10 Start11
Once upon a time I made a 'cursor' which was 2 lines...1 vertical and 1 horizontal as a 'cross' that could pan over the screen like crosshairs. Needless to say the 'cursor' had to be twice the size of the screen resolution in both axes, and was one massive drag on performance.... and that was probably when the screen res was 800x600 [XGA]. Systems these days are faster...but screen res is bigger...probably same drag..... [e digic
I have a 4K x 40" monitor and even the largest default Windows cursor was getting lost on the screen, so I purchased CursorFX 4 (early 2020) in order to get a larger cursor that wouldn't get lost. I really enjoyed having a variety of cursors available on WinCustomize. I changed my cursor quite often, as there were new cursors to choose from every week. Creating a new cursor for CursorFX 4 was one of the first projects I worked on for WinCustomize. I have been using <a href="https://www.w
I give up! I can't make it any clearer for you.
It makes no difference if "Do not offset the menu horizontally to ensure it lines up with the start button" is turned on or off. I believe this only affects the Start11 menu if the Start button is on the left. It should be obvious from my post above with the images what is going on. I don't think I can explain it any clearer.
Normal Start11 menu All Apps Menu opened First subsequent opening after All Apps <img src="https
I have also seen this behavior in the Windows 10 style. Not sure why it happens, but it's a minor issue for me. When the All Apps menu is opened, it is left justified of the Start button, and the first time opening the Start menu following the use of the All Apps menu, the Start menu is right justified of the Start button. The second time it is opened, it is centered again. The Windows 10 style appears to be the only style with this behavior. Perhaps there is an easy fix for t
Start buttons are PNG images with three equal height frames. The top frame is NORMAL, the middle frame is HOVER, and the bottom frame is OPEN. A good place to start is a PNG image 40 px wide by 120 px tall. Stardock has a Start Button Creation tool which can be found here. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1430192142/Start+button+creation+tool <img src="https://cdn.stardock.
Hi folks! Yes, I'm still alive. Haven't been on the site in ages. Logged on the other day to reminisce and see if I had some skin comments that I hadn't seen. Low and behold, The skins are listed with comments, But when I click on the skin, they don't show up. Is it because I'm listed as a "past customer"? I can read the comments on everyone else's skins....just not mine Weird.
Here is Brad Wardell's
