I have the following hardware: Core i7 6700K 64 GB DDR4 GTX 1080 Founders Edition Samsung 850 Pro Acer Predator X34 3440x1440 Ultra Wide monitor (~5 Megapixels, or 5/8ths the number of pixels as 4K) - default refresh rate of 60 Hz, overclockable to 100 Hz, but in most of my testing here I've left it at the default 60 Hz to rule out any "overclocking" related problems. I did test it on 100 Hz, but it wasn't better.</
