Ok, you guys - you help but you never do...! Anyway, pewee, it is probably a windowblinds skin or something. You need to find out what program it is for (what section did you download it from??) and get the program. The adding of the theme is controlled from the program and not the control panel. Hope this helps

Hi, Does anyone need an icon artist to create icons. I can create them for any purpose (programs etc). I can do XP 32 bit icons. Very reasonable rates. P.S, this is not me trying to 'advertise'. I would just like something to do

Woah! That is one very... um... blue interface. It looks like Windows 95 mixed up with Windows 3.1. I have to say it does nothing for me, but other people may like the simple approach. Is the OS totally new or is it based on windows or linux or something?

I have to say I agree with these two. Guyguyme, please explain why anyone would want to take you up on you offer. If you explain yourslf, people will be more willing to listen. And in future, please do not start a new thrad each time you want to say the same thing - some people don't like it.

In my copy of PSP7 under windows XP, if you open two (or more) images in separate windows, when you switch to another window, the first one stays blue as if it were active. If you wipe it with an active one, it goes inactive. It should refresh to this straight away. Verrry strange... .

But Iconpackager is the best on Win95/98. It's a bit questionable on Me or XP last time I tried it.
