By the way, you can use negative values for those margins, which looks like what you may need to do to get the taskbar as short as you want without using Win10's "use small taskbar buttons" option. When they had the subscriber skins the subscription was $20 a year. Now it's $10. That's $10 I can spend any way I want, including a couple of average-priced master skins if I want. From 2014 thru 2019, that's $60. Works for me.

You can also make some basic adjustments using WB's "Modify style" feature. The "Win8" skin is a little too light to make it "black", but anyway you get the idea.
