You might try changing the "Blend against taskbar" setting on the Extra settings tab, re-apply the skin, see if that helps. If it doesn't, highlight and copy the text from the Code Editor tab and post it here, should just be a few lines.

What are your painting margins set at?
This is what I see when I mouseover Acrylic 7. It is not correct and looks very similar the image of your skin. Is this not what you see?
I believe there is an issue with the WBBeta or Start11 which is causing the transparency you're seeing when you mouse over it. Does it look right until then?
Win10 v21H2(OS Build 19044.2130) WindowBlinds 11.00 BETA (007 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS Start11 v1.31 Note that I'm still on the 1st WB Beta, but I don't think this has been mentioned. No idea when it may have started. It looks like the entire Show Desktop button area and any taskbar image beneath it is becoming transparent upon mouseover of the button. Seems to be on any skin. These are images of Diamond and Lantana upon mouseover of the Show Desktop button
Are you seeing it, but then it disappears when you mouseover it?
I'll admit I'm curious to see how it plays out, purely from a business perspective. It's big enough that however it goes it will probably be used as an example in various classes.
I'm afraid I'm not going to be much help on these. Regarding the first question, I haven't really paid much attention to it and all I can say is I loaded a few different skins and they all look extremely similar to your screenshot. It may be one of those things that can't be changed but I don't really know. Regarding the second question, well that is odd. I don't think I've seen mixed fonts on a menu like that. Fonts can be contrary, the first thing I'd try is switch
Looking at the loads those 8pin connectors are designed for, if you do look for an adaptor for another line, it would need to be a beefy line. You wouldn't want to try to put an 8pin adaptor for this on a 4pin molex or a sata line for example, if they even make them.
And now I see you said "8pin". [Sigh] I love my brain. He's got 8pins listed on that link too, so have a look to see which you're using, and same principle in terms of splitting.
I'll throw some things out that may or may not be food for thought. I'm not up on these things though. Graphics cards are notorious pigs on the 12v rail. I know there is some practical limit to how much amperage to draw from a single power supply lead (including any splits). I Googled it just now and for a 4pin molex I see 5amps on each the +5v and the 12v rails, 25watts on the +5v and 60watts on the 12v. This is what I stumbled across in case you want to pon
When you create a skin, can you base it on the currrent settings on your laptop
No. You don't necessarily have to start from scratch, you can edit an existing skin for your own use (not to be distributed), but that is not going to get you to Win11 with only a different menu highlight color.

No that's not something WindowBlinds would do, it needs to load an entire skin.
I think he's looking for this:
The "Horizontal Alignment" setting seems to be ignored. You can however position it with the Text / Left Margin setting. That's on Win10, I don't know if it's different on Win11. (The 180 I used here was just a guess, not precise.) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/7/9/709321/57317207-8b5c-403d-96dd-ce2c55006ed
Just to save you a little turnaround time, they're going to need your Win11 os version (via the "Winver" command) and which anti-virus you're using. Also, since it's a new machine, have you installed any driver updates etc.
That works. The Amazing Maize Maze when it goes to Vegas.
I think it is now common knowledge that Windows 12 will be released near the end of 2024.
Well that's good in a way since Win10 support is good until October 2025. Wouldn't it be the pits to buy a new machine for Win11 between now and then only to find out it wouldn't run Win12? I've no idea how likely that would be, but it would really torque me.
I prefer to run Windows in Dark Mode too. I guess that shows just how "not crazy" I am about the darkened frames. [e digicons];)[/e]
I use dark mode but it changes the color of the frames
Ya I'm not crazy about that either, I run the skins in WB's Light setting.
fwiw I see the same thing on Win10, Old New Explorer never having been installed. I hacked around on a trash skin quite a lot and didn't have any luck getting it to change. WBConfig "Light" setting gives it RGB 255/255/255, "Dark" setting gives it 127/127/127, even though I made
Win10 version 21H2 build 19044.2130 I have noticed that sometimes a rightclick on roughly the bottom half (with some variation) of the titlebar is ignored. It's only the rightclick, leftclick is not affected. It's only when the window is not maximized. It only happens with specific skins and only with specific programs, it is consistant in that regard. I do not know if this is new with WB11. I'll mention that I also have WinFX running, but turning it off doesn't seem to affect
