I bought GalCiv and MOO3 at the same time as well (MOO3 was discounted to $20 because that's the price that I usually don't consider games to be significant economic losses). To date, I've probably played about 3 hours of MOO3 and that was just trying to figure out what the hell was going on. >:( I haven't even reinstalled it since I formatted the computer last..lol. "I'm adjusting these bars, I dunno if this is helping..." and such were what one might overhear me saying while playing that game

Yup, finals time around here, so I've had to avoid playing GalCiv too much or else I'd find myelf playing all day and not getting my studying done. ;p More variety of ships would be a very fun thing. :D This may have been mentioned before, so feel free to smack me if I'm being repetitive, but is there any word on whether units would be customizable in GalCiv2, such as in Alpha Centauri or, (dare I say it?) MoO3? Or was that deemed to be an unnecessary complication? I don't really have

Yup, Sci-Fi shows a few of the more recent episodes saturdays at 9am eastern, though that'll probably stop after this year (they seem to repeat the same 5 or 7 of them over). Doesn't matter much to me though, since I have pretty much every episode known to exist. :D

(large map) They also must have been banging out trade goods and galactic wonders every other turn. Having somewhat active minor races can add more dimension to the game, but when they're trampling the majors underfoot, then things are a bit out of hand. I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say there should be an option f

I've been seriously considering going over to the dark side, Lord Megatron. :HOT: Hopefully the weekend will bring plenty of oportunity for GalCiv-ing. Fear me Drengins, for I am cruel, mean and unforgiving! Muahahahahaha.

This is strictly a cosmetic judgment call, but I like the Drengins just because of their really evil sounding theme music. :D Now, I've only played lower difficulty levels so far, but they also tend to keep one or two other AI civilizations busy with constant warfare in my games, and sometimes an AI civ will surrender to me if they're getting beaten up too badly. :HOT:
