I say, if you can predict the effect of the substance, as in alcohol, you can set legal standards for it. If not, you can't. The problem with marijuana is you can effect other people by using it. Dig, dig, dig. Do your homework a little. Marxist/Leninism was all about violence. Liquidating certain classes to build the society as Lenin saw fit. This liquidation was sometimes just exile but mostly execution. It was more conquering than revolting. A revolution is when the people stand up and replace their leaders.
