Saturday Night Live did a similar joke. Their version of Steve had a chicken in a diaper in one hand and said, "I know what I'm doing. I just fed a chicken a croc a few minutes ago."....."Crikey! Hold on Jr, I'm comin'!"

Looks like some examples of the young, ill-educated that poi dog talked about. Haven't you people ever heard of treating others the way you wish to be treated?! Jordan and David, if you actually did those things, I hope you get violently ill from something you eat some day! Nasty, poor excuses for human beings. Your parents must be so proud.

I say, if you can predict the effect of the substance, as in alcohol, you can set legal standards for it. If not, you can't. The problem with marijuana is you can effect other people by using it. I have felt woozy at concerts before without using anything personally. If you drink alcohol, you only effect your own body. If you use it within legal guidelines, i.e. not driving with an illegal blood-alcohol level, you are only risking your own body. I may be wrong, but few substances can be re

A)What is the purpose for them all being numbered "1"? It would be much more fun to comment if I could reference a number. Oh well. B)These all sound very familiar. Are these your own or did you get this from somewhere else? C)If a woman leaves the seat down and a man goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, he doesn't fall in. That, is why women insist on men putting the seat down. Also, as the person that cleans the toilet, it is the very least a man can do to put the seat

How old are you? I was horrified when hearing you call Lars "some old rock fart." I'm 33 so early 40s doesn't seem old at all in my book. I agree that exercise is bad How could something that causes so much pain be good? I usually don't feel the pain until the next morning when I can't move my legs to get out of bed or raise my arms to brush my teeth <img src="../images/smil

I am tired of people writing their rants and then saying, "Don't respond to this." If you don't want me to respond, don't expose me to the crap you are putting out there! Hopefully this works so noone else is reading this. It is about 10:30 so I should get to bed.

I hate Lana too. Chloe is so much more of a real character. Lana is just a pretty ball of melodrama. I also thought it funny that she broke her leg so terribly but was soon showing not even a little limp (I say soon because she made the comment that she was still trying to get the taste of hospital jello out of her mouth). I had a tiny break in my fibula last year and my leg still isn't the same. The rest of the show was great though. I love the effects! Pete and Chloe are great c

I agree. I feel that marriage should be state regulated. It is a legal contract between two people. The definition of marriage doesn't belong in the constitution.

I am a person that hates clutter in the kitchen. I love to cook but require lots of counter space and organization. I get frustrated with cookbooks because they take up so much space but usually only contain a couple of recipes I really use more than once a year. I have an organizer full of irreplacable recipes like old family recipes. I also have the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook that I will never get rid of. For anything else, I just hop on the internet. I love that my husban

Darn! I missed it tonight. I will definitely have to tune in tomorrow. Kids had me busy and I lost time here on JoeUser. Was the Conan look alike the one that sounded like Frank Sinatra? I thought he was interesting. I love American Idol!

Dig, dig, dig. Do your homework a little. Marxist/Leninism was all about violence. Liquidating certain classes to build the society as Lenin saw fit. This liquidation was sometimes just exile but mostly execution. It was more conquering than revolting. A revolution is when the people stand up and replace their leaders. Lenin removed the people that stood in the way of him leading and changing the country as he saw fit. Big difference.

All I heard was politics as usual. Kerry claims he will make the US "energy independent." He didn't mention how he was going to do that though. The Democrats keep saying they will do away with the Bush Tax Refund (nice way of saying we will raise your taxes) but don't say what they are going to do for us with that money. Kerry plays upon peoples feelings about the current war by showing off the fact that he saved lives while serving during vietnam. I think that is great but just because he

I have a cousin that went all the way to Ireland to meet someone she met on the net. She is back in the states now but had a great time(not that I think what she did was wise). I know a couple of happily married couples that met via computer. One via BBS before internet and one via Yahoo personals. I wouldn't go to someone's house though. You are just lucky he wasn't a Jeff Dahmer type. In the future, consider meeting in a neutral setting with w

I agree, any idiot can argue but debating is a whole different level. For some reason the Monty Python skit of, "We're not arguing." "Yes we are!" popped into my head It is very disappointing when people go the childish route and start calling each other names. If you are mature and confident in your argument, there is never any need for that. Just walk away from the discussio

From my experience, you have to learn to find happiness with yourself. I know it sounds cliche but it is when you stop looking (or trying as you put it) that you will find your soul mate. I spent my teens feeling scared that I would never be loved. The problem with me then wasn't guys, it was me. Once I learned to be happy with myself and convince myself that I would be okay no matter what, my husband (who had stopped looking also) came into my lif

I enjoyed watching American Idol 3 also. Scooter Girl is from my home state. I thought they were unfair to the Army girl. I thought she had a great voice and wonderful personality. I thought they should have given her a chance. Who knows what she would have been like with a different wardrobe and updated songs. The truly bad ones were hilarious! I still can't believe those people actually think they are great! I always love the pictures

Muggaz, you said somewhere back there in your comments or article that you often "see red" and just write what your opinion is. I see that over and over in these comments. It seems as though you get so defensive you don't take a true look at what you or anyone else is saying. I think debating on the internet is a great way to learn if you open your mind. I think we are all guilty of making quick opinions but if you try to see others points of view,

Thanks all. I did get an ego boost from your comments. Most days I hold my head high with pride but it is easy, as with any job, to feel a little burnt out from time to time. I should have mentioned that my hubby tries to work from home when possible so I can get out for some "me" time. I also have some friends that have small children and we try to watch each others kiddies on occasion so the other can get out on their own. Like I said, I

You can show whatever angle you want. The croc was close enough for Steve to drop the chicken and the croc could scarf it in a milisecond. I'm with hollyfig (whose post wasn't showing when I posted. There was some weird delay there). He handled the baby with diregard to supporting his head and neck. You don't do that with a newborn! Ask any doctor in Australia or anywhere else. My pediatrician would slap you into next week if she saw you handle an infant that way, croc or no croc. <BR
