Reply to Colonizing PQ 13 and 14 planets in Strategies Stardock Forums

I routinely colonize 14 planets, won't touch the 13's without PQ +5. Has anyone tried colonizing planets from size 1-9 and giving them to AI civs? Would that be a good tactic for sabotaging their economies?

Starbase cumulatiove effects? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Let's say that in one sector I have two starbases, each with all of the available modules. Are all of the module bonuses cumulative? I know that the Production Assist bonuses are. What about Trade, Culture, Repair Assist, Attack Assist, Defense Assist, Speed Assist, and Slow Enemies?

Once your alignment score passes 70, the borders of the main screen turn to white. The contrast with the black starfield causes a physical strain to the eyes. How do I edit the borders? Chrome borders and white buttons wouldn't be so bad.
