Yes, true. But still, when all the ships are at full health, only one is damaged at the end... Well it can be none if: - the other side didn't have chance to fire - the attacks of the other side didn't injure you - the last successfull attack from the other side was to kill one of your ship. Sure all survivors are at full health.

1) correct 2) you haven't the complety correct attack system. The sentence "whole fleet attacking one ship until it is destroyed" explains how the target at wich a ship in a fleet is selected. But any ship can only fire once before the enemy replies. After all attacking ship have fired once, the defenders fires back toward the attacker 3) if your are speaking of extra componenets ( or jewelry ), it is true: there are here just for the eye of the palyer 4) No. The

Is there any chance for the TS to be included in the initial release if many of us ask for it??? Frogboy has given thefollowing answer Wanted Terror Stars but just ran out of time. Maybe in an expansion pack or something

I think Terror Stars would be neat because they would still target stars -- not planets. So they'd be really devastating. Well, I suppose it will be planned not to have the Terrors stars destroyed when it targets a star. Because if it is still required to be at only one square of the star (like it was in GC1), then it would mean that it would closer

Secondly, with sufficient technology (plausible given that we are accepting interstellar travel here) even venus could be terraformed. If I can melt a ship a light year away with a plasma beam, I can gently warm the surface of a cold planet. Are you hinting that Venus is a COLD planet? I always though that Venus was how Earth could end if the Greenho

I can see that it can be a little annoying to find something on the build queue to delete it there Well, you don't need to parse through the social queue to delete a queued item: you just need to select the title on map area and click the little "x" on the top of the social queue.

What do you exactly want? To delete an improvement you : - click on the title where the imporvement is located - if the improvemnt is not yet build, click on the little x on the top of the build queue - if the improvement is already build, use the decommision upgrade So it is 2 click to destroy an improvement. It will be difficult to do less.

Well, since going Gold is in less than a week, if they aren't yet planned, those in-depth tutorials won't surely be in the retail version. BUT, since there will be one month between the gold status and the release, there will should be a bonus pack for the day of the retail release, like it was the case for GC 1. And lots of things can be part of the bonus pack: - bug fixes - gameplay enhancements - new multimedia - new movies - new tutorials Who knows w

I think you will get the a mail with a serial Id when Stardock will decide that you are entitled to download the game. Since the beta is closed, this means the day of the release on Stardock Central.

Well, I am not sure if Stardock will put those kind of informations in their tutorials. They will surely explain the working of some screens but I fear you won't have the kind of in-depth tutorial you are expecting. As Yarlen (a member of Stardock) have said: GalCiv II will have a number of video tutorials that will go into a good amount of detail on the ga

Take a look to the manual (p.29). You will see that social manufacturing is supposed to work the same way than military production. I have already reporting this behavior (search thread about wasting social production)

BTW, the review clearly hints that: - you must be very perseverant to overcom the learning curve of MOO3 - the way to handle things is clearly different from any other 4X game

I didnt realize people actually played at those levels.. dang! Well, there are tips to win an alliance victory at maso level in less than hour whcih allow you to get the maximum points (60K) for the game in the metaverse.

Localizations probably won't be out as quickly as the English language versions (but you never know). Sure, they need the gold version of the game. Then translating all texts, recording all dialogs (intro, tutorials ...), and test the game to ensure it works. After that send the process of maiking a retail version .... I doubt they will do this in o

1. Determine the path the freighter would take (in GC1 it was diagonal then either horizonal or verical) and if any of the coordinates match an enemy territory boundary Now that is very, very tricky since there isn't in GC II anything like territority boundary. Influence boundary yes, but no territory boundary.
