For real, I don't think many realize the impact they have on kids. Since I work with hundreds of grade school kids everyday I'm proud of the influence I can have on them. I think their parents are coming around too. They recognize that a tattooed pierced male can be a caring role model for their kids...and someone they wouldn't mind seeing their kids emulate. Stressing courtesy, common sense, and fun with kids is so important. So many kids' lives

boo yah, the point wasn't that it was a good analogy...the point was that I tried to provide you with an analogy at all. I said it was less than perfect so there's no reason for any of you to point that out. If waiting to kiss is your agenda than good for you. But don't be surprised if it makes the path to relationship fulfillment a bit difficult, and in my opinion, a whole lot less fun.

Some Friday stuck at work rhymes for y'all. Itchin' to get out of this stuffy building, but the need for a paycheck is far from willing...to let me cut out early and ease my boredom, like last week and the million weeks before 'em. I'm trapped like a rat that can't find the open door to the cage, so I circle around and around with a dry pen on the page....ho

I may have mentioned this, but I woke up crabby for no reason today....and it sucked. I think I'm finally out of the funk, but seriously that was annoying as hell. I wish my lady friend was hear to listen to me whine...and maybe rub these shoulders a little bit....yeah, that would be sweet.

I didn't read through all of these replies but my take Trin is that if your decision is on principal alone then you're missing out. I have some friends who just have little taste for relationships and don't have the same drive for physical contact and hey, I got no beef with that. I think you can tell a lot about someone in how they kiss and to be in love with someone before such initial physical contact might be innocently romantic, but modernly un

You're going to be in an elementary school play? I knew you were born for that part....whatever it might be, and now you're taller than most of the kids right..........oh, wait, I meant to thank you for responding.....thanks Chris.

I think it's cool to embrace a number of personality traits...go with what works for ya, but don't lose track of the person you are because you think you're supposed to be a certain way. I've found that I can get along with my friend who wouldn't leave the house to get the mail without makeup and my other friends who rarely shower and wear the same jeans for 3 weeks before airing them out in the same night....because these people are true to themselve

BIKE! There's no better way to work yourself into more exercise....easy on the joints...good for the heart and soul. And you can use it to actually get you somewhere....combine it with hanging out with the kids.

Well, no, I'm not a "teacher" perse', as in the licensed lesson plan underpaid underappreciated type people. Though I am underpaid....my job begins when the teacher's ends...or hasn't begun, so I either prep the kids for a day of learning or help them with the cool down period following a full day at school. Oh and there's some 4-5 year old time in there as well. And Ted's Boss, come on, you've seen the hats I wear...like my head

Hold up...first I need to change the radio station....somehow, J-Lo's (EDIT oops, I mean Jessica Simpson) cover of take my breath away just doesn't make a good backdrop for this post. But really though, will that song ever be good for anything. Maybe she created it so other music artists can say..."well, I know this song sucks, but at least we didn't cover Take my b

no, that's why you're here.....you hired the hip young kid in hopes that some of his coolness would rub off........and it's true that I'm much less cool now, but I don't think it's because you took any of my coolness.

Janders, I like your triple posting...racks up my points......err uhh, I mean....I pay no attention to points or ranking....I have a dream where people are not judged by their Joeuser ranking but by the content of their character.

Thanks Trin, fortunately flying kites is not a regular part of my job description so I only have to do it when I feel patient enough to endure.

Hey homes, if you ever want to get some rhymes going stop on over to my blog.

Well the wind didn't really want to cooperate today. It made my bike ride to work today much more difficult, and then the winds ceased when we tried to fly kites with the kids at work. Most of the time was spent trying to explain to kids why they need to fly kites against the wind and not with it, or untangling mid-air collisions. Hopefully the wind will

Well it would be especially dumb if they sold the team and kept the name....Like when we lost the Lakers.....I love that part in Baseketball when they talk about all the teams moving "The Jazz moved to Utah where they don't allow music." Chris, as a sidenote I'm pretty sure after the Packers fiasco they made it illegal for NFL rules to have a community owned team because of how much money it prevents otherwise rich bastards from making. Not to say th

I was just saying that since you found Tennessee so fun....sounds like something someone from ND would say. Yeah, this has been a week of personal assessment.....as did this morning after a rousing night of drinking for my 23rd b-day.
