ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

I'd like to make sure that the Bakka Incident never happens again.

Proposed Bill:

If any member of the Evil Empire becomes non-evil three times, then they will be permanantly kicked out of the Evil Empire.

If any senator becomes non-evil twice, then they will be demoted to overlord permanantly.

This bill has my vote.

If was another way it would have my vote. However as it stands we don't have enough members to do anything that drastic.

While good is the natural state of many in the Meta and thus harmless to them, it is a powerful, addictive narcotic to those of innately evil persuasion. The symptoms of the drug are at first subtle and easily dealt with, but become progressively more damaging. First, there is a feeling of calm and serenity because of being able to better co-exist with alien empires. Then a mild high caused by a couple of extra morale boosting techs. This leads to jitters, redness, and sweating as the extra speed races through the victim's blood stream. The user becomes obsessed and irrational about making friends and money with extra trade routes. Mania ensues as the victim now tries to throw himself onto others, an uncontrollable desire to get the attention and acceptance of others through trade centers. The end result is a raving madman obsessed with making everyone a part of a tribe of his making, a cult of personality. Those who will not join the good user's cult incite feelings of inadequacy and rejection. The already manic, obsessive subject goes from being overly sociable and friendly straight into a murderous, paranoid rage against the one's who spurned him. The effects of the drug fade after the subject has either converted or killed off everyone on the map.

Nand1 and Bakka sat around the campfire, laughing.

"And then, the artificial slaves had the gall to ask for human rights! Human rights!" roared Nand1.

"So what did you do?" asked Bakka.

"Wiped them out, of course. All of them."

"Geez, worker's compo must have cost you a fair bit."

Nand1 eyed Bakka suspiciously.
"Say what?"

"You know, Occupational Health & Safety, and all that. I'm pretty sure an execution on the job counts as a work-related fatality."

"What the hell are you on?" demanded Nand1 angrily.

Bakka pulled a bong out from behind him.
"You gotta try some of this shit, man. It's Good."

Nand1 slapped the bong out of Bakka's hand. Bakka looked sadly at the bong, which was just out of reach.

"I'm hurt that you did that. But you know what? There's no need for violence. Let's all be friends."

Bakka started singing "Imagine". Nand1 covered his ears, to stop the words of goodness poisoning his mind.

"You may say Im a dreamer,
but Im not the only one,
I hope some day you'll join us,
And the world will live as one." crooned Bakka happily.

The Marquesa stepped out from the nearby bushes. She crushed the bong beneath her stiletto heel.

"We can't have that here. It cripples the mind, impairs the decision-making process. Did you know people who are on Good will often give money away to charity? You keep this up, and you'll be helping old ladies cross the street within a week. It's time for an intervention."

She took Bakka by the hand and led him into the bushes, for the most intensive detox program in the known Metaverse.

Ok, I vote against this #5 proposal... and I propose that we stop making proposals and start conquering the galaxy. What kind of crazy parliament have we turned into? Now, if it was the Taiwan parliament where MPs punch each other's lights out, that's one thing (a sort of evil legislature)... but the Evil Empire is starting to turn into the "Let's-sit-around-our-terror-star-and-vote-on-another-bill" Empire!

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question. What are the effects of the minor race The Venge?

I am asking because they popped up and I removed them after a couple of turns. Then I got a message thanking me for removing the threat to the galaxy.

Just curious as to their long term effect.

If they cause evil I might want them around LOL

They are terrorist, every couple of turns they will exterminate the bioshpere of a a random planet, (killing the population) and reduce the PQ of that planet down to below 15.

Bucman is right, at first we had bills that were more or less immediate in their urgency. Like what to do with bakka when he turn good. Lately we've just been throughing out useless bills that may or may not get past. There are times to vote on bills and there are times to kick some alien ass. This is the latter of the two.

Also, Hairy that "evil eye" will kick some ass in its own right. Can't wait!

The Senate will only meet in dire circumstances otherwise we all have our duty to conquer the galaxy.

I will have the third and finally chapter of my story. Look for it later today. Has anybody bothered reading it?
