When I open a new window it will randomly be one of the two skins. I did have a few windows open when I changed skins. But this problem has been occurring since I installed the most recent version. It's also not limited to the windows I had opened when I applied the new theme. It does this seemingly randomly.

The taskbar is always from my current theme, but it sometimes displays two different themed windows at the same time. I mean it will literally display some windows with my current theme on, and other windows randomly have my previous theme on. Both at the exact same time.

I've followed what Bush has done on the environment. He sure as hell hasn't been a friend of the environment, but he hasn't been a disaster either. Of all the cities in the US, I believe Houston and a couple of other Texas places are the only place that haven't made dramatic improvements. They're still better that they used to be and are better than other cities (such as L.A.) used to be. I grew up in Pennsylvania and remember the dead forests and lifeless lakes from my child

However, when I lived in State College (Penn State Univ.), there was a very comprehensive bus system and I used it all the time. There were only a few places I needed a car to get to during the work week (the bus routes and times changed and reduced drastically on weekends, making you need a car then).

Same problem here as KarmaGirl. There are city busses, but they only go from downtown, to the mall area, to the poorest neighborhoods. It's basically there so that the poor people can get to work, but it's not a transportation system for the entire city.

This thread is just to satisfy my curiousity. Over the past year I've started seeing images that load from the bottom instead of from the top or being interpolated. How do you do it?

Helium 3... isn't that the fuel for those fusion reactors that scientists can't keep running for more than .3 seconds? I agree that it could be a good fuel, but that's for the distant future, not as a solution for immediate problems.
