I don't know about XP, but with 98 it was 100% safe (well, mostly). The only thing you have to be careful to do is backup your old boot screen in case you want to restore it. This is something that can easily be done in a program. Maybe stardock isn't doing it because it's just too easy

Alright, I'll be honest... My primary browser is Mozilla, it's enough for me that it's open source, even if it is heavily sponsored by a corporation, it sure doesn't hurt that it's a pretty damn good browser. While I also confess to having an AIM account, I proudly use Trillian to use it (along with IRC, ICQ, YIM, and MIM). Actually, DIV tags could be used for the columnar layout (see glish.com for examples). The downside to this would be sacrificing people visiting the site with version 4 and earlier browsers. In any case... it takes much less time to render DIV tags than tables and the code is cleaner as well. </A

I'm glad WinCustomize now has more bandwidth to play around with. I definitely appreciate having the site load in under a minute on a modem. However, more can still be done. I understand why the site has a pretty interface seeing that this is a skinning site and all. However, there should be a stripped down version for regular modem users. Whenever I change the "Available Libraries:" settings the changes don't stick. Basically, the changes stick while I'm still logged in. However, if I close the browser and then go back to the site and log in, the settings are back where they were before I modified them. Note: While I sometimes can switch one item for another and have that stick, if I select less than 14 items it always resets it so that there are 14 items checked next time I log in. <A HREF="https://www
