Perusing the local paper's "Sheriff's Report" is always an entertaining event. From the 4th of August came the story of a concerned citizen that called the Sheriff to report a suspicious person walking down the street, carrying what looked like a gun. It turned out to be unfounded, it was young blong girl, dressed in jeans and tee-shirt, carrying a birthday cake..... Ya that's the kind of stories we get up here. Sadly there'

The only two on here that I buy are Gatorade, in the summer if I get overheated, and sometimes I'll buy a meal that can be microwaved, if it's hot like it was here for 25 days straight! Toooo hot to cook. I usually eat healthy I think, just tooooooo much!
How can we expect people to learn to survive when all we keep doing is teaching them to depend on others? I don't know what the health and human services dept. does for the poor where you're from, up here in MN. people can only get assistance for so long. If they have another kid, too bad, they have to work.
It's really good that life has been a soft place for you, no need for guilt over that if any is felt. A lot of good things that happen to us are a direct result of our own choices, and other times "you know what" happens, even though we didn't do anything to deserve it... You can always challenge yourself to do something new, something you've always wanted to try, whether it's skydiving, learning how to crochet, or? or? &nb
At least you see the sense of humor in life and that is always a good thing! I bet you enjoyed that sandwich! I do on somedays, and other days it just sort of seems to sink my ship...well at least make my ship get a little swamped! As for the sandwich, well it WAS a great sandwich...maybe I'll have to eat the next one in a se
I'm not getting it, is it symbolic?! I don't think so, well mabe it is! Reply By: singrdavePosted: Friday, August 24, 2007 Are you saying the universe wants to tell you... "poop"? </P
Has the Universe ever bopped you on the head, trying to get your attention? You know what I mean, the kind of message you keep getting until ya pay attention? Tuesday I bought a beautiful Subway "Ultimate chicken and bacon ranch" sandwich. The FIRST clue I got that I shouldn't be eating so much was when the chickie ringing up the tab tried to turn a $8.39 tab ( plus 6.5 cents tax) into $10.40! THEN she agreed it didn't sound right and tried to charge me f
I would pick up a back scratcher but just don't feel like going out to the bars right now. ..... I think it's best I don't touch that line with a ten foot pole!
It's mine I tell you! Mine! Ok, ok..... we know Could be gaslight - or someone looking for attention

And now from the Pioneer Press Bulletin Board; "Peggy of South St. Paul: "I reminded my oldest daughter that she will be attending school patrol training late in August. My youngest daughter misunderstood the conversation and wanted to know why her sister was going to troll training. "Now we're all picturing stooped creatures with lumpy noses and long, scraggly hair, wearing orange safety vests and saying in gruff voices: 'Who's that trip-tra
And now the latest news out of Oakdale, MN. According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, a 66 year old woman called the cops about strange and suspicious "goings on" at her home. She lives at the 600 block of Heron Avenue North and says that when she got home she found a plastic bag, ( from Cub Foods) on the steps to the front of her house. It had hair in it! I imagine someone has it in for her! Sounds like a "Gaslight" happening!
Figuring out that new Kodak camera isn't as hard as I thought it would be for me. Usually I have to read and re-read directions a cajillion time before I get it. Tonight, after figuring out how to use the video cam part, the first two videos were of the cat, then I spied a herd of crows perched on the garage roof, LOL. My Lord, they were struting around and
This doesn't resemble Wisconsin very much, actually. It's funny, but NOT Wisconsin. Except for numer 8 and the last portion of number 11. And any list of Wisconsin traits without mention of the Packers, Badgers, cheese, or beer is not a list of Wisconsin traits! I think you'd try to shoot down a smiley face! This was in the "humor" forum

" Some people refer to their bodies as temples. My body seems more like a beaker these days! " You're taking care of your body, at an early age. Perhaps had I done as you are, I wouldn't be taking 18 pills a day, 18 different kinds. My body is a medicine cabinet! Keep it up, you're doing great
What would you think if someone close to you did things "you do; took an apt. like you were going to get, claim that they like movies ( that you know isn't the kind they usually like ) that you've always loved, AFTER they've found out what you like. What would you think, if that someone started buying things that you buy, when they usually wouldn't buy where you buy and what kind
Reply By: foreverserenityPosted: Tuesday, August 14, 2007 It is not always what you say, but how you say it and the context it is said in This is true!
