so I'm really wondering when that's going to get fixed
So you know, Jafo lives in Australia so there is a bit of a time difference, and anyone Stardock (the company that owns WC) would most likely be sleeping right now. (Central time zone USA)
Well I'm new and I saw allot of copyrighted work being passed out for free, so I thought there was a need for a poll.
Well then if you know the original artists of this work, have them privately contact an admin to have it removed. Again WC does not condone ripped/stolen work and it will be removed if proven to be so. A poll will not do anything to expedite this happening. 99% of the members here know WC's policies so this poll is really kind of redundan
Also this is not really a public forum, it is owned/run by a private company and being a member does not give any of us the right to post whatever we want. I am not implying anything about this thread just letting you know how it is here.
WC takes copyright infringement seriously, you have Jafo the main WC Admin looking into it, there is no need for a poll as most members know WC's copyright policy and abide by it.
i have the aero peek but it have a long delay for the preview for me
Yep, on my 2.4 gig celeron with 1 gig 333 ram that only runs at 266 due to the celeron; about 8 to 10 seconds for peek to show.
Window open Window minimized
On XP here, Aero Peek is working when mouse over shortcut not running task icon. But if windows is minimized get no snapshot of it. ( OD is set to show snapshot when running tasks are minimized, so it should have a snap.) even when have running task showing Aero Peek has no snap of a minimized window while the running icon for it does. For Palemoon just black, no image for CCleaner just had a snap of it's titlebar.
What OS are you on, if still XP there will be no need for Vista/7 images.
Sure there is .Open LogonStudio. Drag any logonxp file into it. pOOf. Instant conversion to 7/Vista logon. It's so easy a Wizard can do it.
Yep that will extract the wall image from the XP logon but I know the OP and I believe matthew want to make a vista style logon on xp from a vista logon and XP style on vista from a XP logon which cannot be done.
What about in reverse? Any way to use a LogonXP logon in Windows 7?
No.
I have not been able to confirm if Stardocks embraces that same license policy?
Yes, they do. From Stardock's standard EULA YOU MAY: 1. Install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer. 2. Install a second copy of the SOFTWARE on a second computer only if you are the main user of this computer (home computer or laptop for example). 3. Install the SOFTWARE on another computer only if you change your mai
That short one sentence does not adequately inform the first-time client as to what 'Impulse' is. It is deceptively vague.

Impulse must be installed in order to download and update software.
Must be to Download and Update software ; Just how is this vague??
Is mpulse version 3.28.564 (BUILD 1982) current?
Hey SJN, that is the build I show just after updating Impulse today. That is current stable build, I do not run Impulse beta versions.
Hey LightStar; this is a very old bug/issue that Stardock has been made aware of in the past, for myself it has been at least 2 years since the last time my profile actually showed me as online when logged in.
Shareware - 64 bit OS
You had the trial version before buying full, uninstalling the trial before installing full is a must do, uninstall, reboot then install full version.
inbuilt NVIDIA 6300 graphics
From another thread from a reply from Stardock support,
DeskScapes on XP requires a lot in the way of video horsepower that several XP machine do not have. Make sure you have at least an AGP 8x video card (PCI-E is better)
With built in graphics I do not believe you will be able to run Deskscapes.
and what about the update to 2.9x ?
Still on XP here so not able to use deskscapes (only a pci video card), but if deskscapes version numbers held true to other apps 2.9 would most likely have been the beta version for 3.0, therefore you would only have had access to beta test if you are an Object Desktop subscriber.
I believe Paint.net supports transparency, you need to save or maybe export image in a format that can be transparent, like a png. Since you have this posted in wallpapers forum, you want a 65% transparent image to use as your desktop wall?
Worthless post
It would have been better if you felt this before you posted the thread, it is bad form to edit a post after it has had some replies.
