Jesh (his first name) is the top dog of The Skins Factory. He's actually the one who posts as "TheSkinsFactory" on this board. And if I'm not mistaken doodle has done some work for TSF in the past (not too sure though, this was years ago and I ain't too young no more, so my memory gets blurry).

All plagiarism (or not) aside, you need more pics on that site, man. There's way too much text and no flavour whatsoever. Also, the overall text layout is sloppy (which is something most skinners have in common).

The only virus I ever got was a nasty mbr-virus, way back in '96. Still don't know how I got it, but it definitely wasn't from the Net, since I wasn't online at home then. My recommendations: - hardware firewall, any router will suffice for this task (currently a LinkSys WRT54G) - alternate browser (never used IE, always used Netscape and later Mozilla) - alternate mail app (Outlook (or as my friends call it, LookOut) is a honeypot to virii, currently using Thunderbird)

/me add useless stats as well Three drives (40/120/160g), twenty partitions (fourteen drive letters, the rest mounted), one floppy, one burner, one player and I never make back-ups, nor do I reformat every other week, like some do. I usually put the OS, applications and user data each on their own partition. Unfortunately a lot of apps seem to be hardwired to store prefs and such on the OS partition (grrr...).

Filtering input on SQL statements is a bad solution. It's like preventing burglars from breaking in by covering your house in concrete. The correct solution would be to escape the text before entering it into the database. Escape all binary code or anything that could break the query.

You should definitely not fill till you have six digits. Hexadecimal colour description consists of three two digit numbers (rrggbb), not one six digit number. Just adding a zero to the end of the string would produce rubbish.

Make a list of names and check whether those domains are still available before you decide on a name. Forking out loads amounts of cash over a domain some bastard squatted just to sell it later just isn't worth the money.
