Dumb question. Did you install ObjectBar from Component Manager? Did you have a previous shareware version installed? Perhaps uninstall whatever version you have and resinstall from Component Manager?

There are a few matching WB/Trillian skin sets. The ones that come to mind are: PixOS Seti Crystallized Dervish iTunes Azzaro
The trillian theme got automatically installed for me. What you can do is to go to your WinStyles directory and under the Themes directory locate the PixOS.xptheme file. Open it with zip utility such as ObjectZip or WinZip and locate the PixOS trillian folder in the zip file. Extract that (maintaining folder info) to your Trillian\Skins directory.
Many WB skins have complementary wallpapers, usually created by the skin author, though not always so. Your best bet to find the matching wallpaper (if any) is to either search the wallpaper section for the skin name or the author name Additionally, someone may have made a Winstyles suite file that contains a WB skin and it's comoplementary walllpaper
Winstyles ( https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles ) can do this. It'll display a list of the current skins/logongs/wallpapers and allow you to save thenm as an xptheme file that you can later reapply with with Winstyles

One of the advantages a skinner has here is that they can get feedback, encourgement, user testing, suggesions and techniques for their skins that can ultimately help them refine their craft Moderating skins, or over-moderating them would detract from this.

The only way that I know of with DesktopX is to have a a DesktopX object that uses Internet Explorer's WebBrower Control ActiveX object. Then have the web page point to an XSL file that performs an XSL translation on the XML file to display it as an attractive web page embedded on the desktop.

For years, I've been using Netcaptor http://www.netcaptor.com It's shareware (30 bucks) tabbed browser with a slew of features. Crazy Browser was created as a freeware clone of Netcaptor. Unfortunately CrazyBrowser came out long after I had regsitered and used Netcaptor. I don't know if CrazyBrowser is still being updated, but Netcaptor has gone through several versions. I just downloaded and took a look at that logon. It's really a zip file that contains the actual logonxp file, a jpg, and a readme.txt file. Have you tried extracting the logonxp file contained in it and try applying that with Logon Studio?
Yes, that's the WB 4 alpha. It won't actually be labelled WB 4 until it works its way through its alpha and beta releases.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you talking about different text formats/contents (plain text, XML, RTF...) Or are you talking about a text editors? For editing text I use Ultra Edit http://www.ultraedit.com An alternative is TextPad http://www.textpad.com
