My first few WB skins sucked. Some people said "good job", which was nice, but not helpful. Some poeple said "I see potential", which was encouraging, but also not terribly helpful. You really should think of a subscription as a way to give back to the site and those who contribute to it. Now that skinners will get a percentage of subscription revenue, it's really a way to thank them and help keep the site alive. That alone makes a subscription worth while.

Are you looking for a single suite file for Theme Manager, or are you looking for skins for specific programs? I don't know if there's a single suite, but there are tons of OSX looking skins here. Do&nbspsome searches in the various libraries and you'll surely find what you're looking for. Look in C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\skins The skins are in their own folders there.

I skin all of the Internet ones, and about half of the Explorer ones (only the ones I can actually add to my toolbar). I always do both large and small, and the Go button, of course. NightTrain, you may not realize that many premium skins are completed months in advance of their release. In a number of cases, WindowBlinds couldn't replace the toolbar icons when the skins were created.

Just for the record, ThemeManager is WinStyles, it just has a new name. I haven't had any problem with it and it loads WindowBlinds skins just fine here. What version of WindowBlinds are you using? As for Winamp, it may be that it can only apply skins for Winamp 2 at this point. Its purpose is still to compile and apply themes, same as it was when it was called WinStyles. WindowBlinds can only skin the taskbar and start menu on XP.

You can't use PNGs on the window frames because they don't support translucency. Basically, anything that is transparent against the desktop,&nbsplike window frames or the start menu,&nbsphas to use 'magic pink' style BMP transparency.

See that "Size of User Pane" setting&nbspyour cursor is pointing at? There is a setting like that for each part of the start menu. Try setting those to the actual size of your images and you'll get a lot closer to the look you're after.

Right-click your taskbar and choose Properties from the menu. In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window, go to the Taskbar tab and check the box that says "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows". That should do it.

I like your idea, PlanetHOPE. Unfortunately, I don't know of any program that can do that. I have always wished the WindowFX could make all my inactive windows transparent, but so far, it can't. WindowFX can make menus transparent and have them become fully visible on mouseover. It can do the same for the taskbar. Unfortunately, it can't do that with windows. Did you recently install Windows XP Service Pack 2? I've heard that it forces the .zip file extension, but I could be wrong. The easiest thing to do is save the file instead of running it directly. When it asks you where you want to save it, rename it to .wba. Then, when the download is complete, you just have to click Open.
