Thanks for summing that up, UzEE. Where would we be without you?

I don't think it matters if you have 1 skin or 100. Everyone should set up a page. It's not just a way to showcase your work, it's also a way to learn more about you and see what your favorite skins are, among other things.
I don't think any of our regular skinners here make screensavers at all. Maybe the next poll question should be "Would you make original screensavers if we added a screensaver library?" I have a feeling we would be rejecting a lot of screensavers downloaded from screensaver sites and submitted here without permission.
I have no idea exactly what caused it, but apparently it was cookie related. Maybe there's a cookie specific to each library? That's a question for T-Man.
So why then, is the "Royale" port to WindowsBlnds spelled "Royal". I thinks this needs to be clarified to some of these users. Simply because somebody didn't pay attention to detail when they named and uploaded their skin.
Yeah, if the user pic is disabled the user name gets treated as if the user is on a domain. When you're logged onto a domain, it ignores the user pane content margins completely.
If that's the case, you should send an email to T-Man. If your accounts have become crossed somehow, only he can resolve it. Maybe you should delete your cookies and log in again. Perhaps there is some glitch that only effects people who log in with different accounts from the same computer.
Are you uploading with a different user account? I see a wall called BioTech in the moderation queue twice by someone called Fire!!! who happens to share your last name and a very similar email address. It's not a glitch, it's just waiting to be approved or rejected.
UzEE, that's called hijacking a thread. Keep it on topic please.
Do you have permission from Rokey to use his Internet Explorer and Dial-up Networking icons on your web site?
There is only one wallpaper in the moderation queue and it isn't yours, so they have been rejected. If they contained any copyrighted images, that would be the reason. You should click the About link on the left side of the page and email a moderator if that doesn't answer your question.
Well, neither 'Inspirat' nor 'Inspirate' are English words, so I don't know which is correct. Microsoft's visual style is spelled 'Royale'. That I know for sure.
It doesn't sound like any conflict or bad install to me. I know exactly what you're describing. I used to see the dotted line around the tray arrow too, but I don't recall how I got rid of it. It's Windows' way of showing a control has focus. Someone must know the solution.
Hey, that's a good trick, NightTrain.
It seems that some margin is padding the user name text and making right alignment not exactly all the way to the right. I'm not sure which margin it is either. I would think the easiest way to remove the text completely would be to adjust the margins so that the text gets pushed off the user pane.
Try a web browser other than IE. Also, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ and open the Hosts file in notepad. If there's a line referencing symantec.com, delete it.
When skinners carve pumpkins...
Are you sure the geometry settings on your second monitor are adjusted right? You might have your monitor thinking that its viewable area is off the screen.
Citizen is one of several user classes. You can read about them all here: https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=about#rank You can also change the title that displays next to your name by clicking on the Edit Account link at the top of the page. There are different titles available to each user Class. [Message Edited]
If you want to post a link to your web site, there is a sticky thread for that. If you want to send a message to those who previously registered for your forum, I would suggest putting that information on your web site where anyone who is interested will surely find it when they visit.
Did it look like this? https://www.wincustomize.com/subscription/kryptonite.jpg If so, it's called Kryptonite and it is only available to WinCustomize subscribers. [Message Edited]
I'm not a mind reader, but I think this is regarding wallpapers. Do I win?
XP's default window title font is Trebuchet MS and I think the font on buttons and other controls is MS Sans Serif. You can edit the system fonts through your Display Properties.

The skin was intentionally designed that way. There is a transparent area at the top of the start menu that was necessary in order to align the user name properly. That transparent area is the gap you're seeing.
