1.10.027 should be "the build", both via Stardock Central and the Downloads page. Some people reverted to 1.0X when they jumped the gun earlier as the servers were still syncing.

I'm still not sure what fried my 1GB drive, but given what I used it for, it was a front-side USB port. I am making more of a habit of "disconnecting" the replacement rather than just yanking it out. The smaller ones aren't quite coming with a Happy Meal yet, but it's getting close. Keep the larger ones for more important things.
Activation will still function after your OD subscription has expired. You can use the Restore features in Stardock Central and it'll automatically go and attempt to activate it (or the email address of your Stardock.net account and your OD serial). In some far-fetched hypothetical instance of Stardock deciding to make landscaping _the_ business rather than software, the servers could be modified to validate requests approrpriately. Note also that installing/activating an ap
To check on something else: What version is SDC reporting in Help / About? You should be on build 129. If this is happening with that version, please note that here so that Brian Harper ([email protected]) can help you track down what's going wrong.
We have found the problem here. One of the files didn't sync and it was failing its integrity check. Anytime after 2pm EST today, you should be all set.
Yes. It appears you're running the video drivers that came with the Windows XP box. You'll need to update to get a version that's compatible with DirectX 9.0c.
sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe is the link. As you said. If that's not working, you've got some DNS trouble. storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe should also do it.
What are the last few lines in the log file when it fails? What anti-virus are you running, sometimes they wind up locking the files before the extraction can proceed.
In Stardock Central, please go under Tools / Settings and check the option to prompt if there is a Stardock Central beta update. Restart SDC. It'll prompt to update, let it and let it restart SDC again. Try installing with that, which has some additional debugging for the download verification.
bp_ronjon, email [email protected] from the email address you purchased under and I'll sort it out for you. The account you are posting from with the clever name of "yeah right" and no orders under it would not be the one.
WB 5.01 with this feature should be released for everyone in the afternoon (EST) on the 21st (March).
Please don't link to Stardock files that you've pulled out of builds or were provided privately. The WindowBlinds 5.01 release this week is going to include the WBInstall32.exe file (poor naming choice, but live with it) to provide an alternative for people having problems. Some antivirus/antispyware vendors are blocking the registry changes to allow WB to load on startup. If that happens, wbconfig will prompt you to enable the alternate method (which will load wbinstall32 from a Run
Grab some pillows. It's 12GB of RAM. Sorry, 32-bit addressing.
It's 2 sets of RAID 1 mirrors that are then striped to improve performance while maintaining fault-tolerance (sometimes called RAID 10). And there's a hotspare in there ready to go. Short of some mainframes from years ago that I had limited access to, the new machine is the most powerful (raw specs) I've ever used. Clustering is liable to have to wait until later this year. Though we are round-robining some of the websites and that will increase with new machines.
Scan or take a picture of the receipt and/or CD's with a cell phone or something and send that to [email protected] with an explanation. They can fix you up.
If needed, run 'multisrv32.exe -uninstall' to have it delete its service prior to installing the new one as well. I've seen one instance where Windows didn't know what end was up with the service and I had to blow it away before it would take again.
So much for ethnic diversity. Not sure if it's IIS or SDC. Spanish.lng it shall be with 0.99h later today.
The Sun Crusher handled things like GalCiv Terror Stars. Well, at least in the end results. I think it went for explosion rather than TS implosion. Bueller? Bueller? Kris (who has a few SG/SGA episodes to get to on the tivo yet - Hallowed are the Ori and @#$%#$! you BSG for making us wait until October)
Their only being 1 serial number on the European English version was Paradox's oversight. We've got a webpage specifically to issue you one. Short of coming to your house with a new sticker, that's pretty good.
Your preorder was for the electronic version, which is enabled and ready in your account. If you would like to order a physical box as well, sales can help you out.
It's [email protected]. I've seen 2 other threads where people were saying it's activation@. And manually emailed ones have to be processed by support during working hours.
And/or run 'galciv2.exe w' to run it in a window and then you can set the processor affinity if Alt-Tab isn't happy for you.
If you're logged into the website (are your cookies letting you logon?), you don't have to reenter anything.
Email a copy to [email protected] and if I get it in the next hour or so, I'll try and do it tonight. And it's [email protected] generally, not activation.
