That was an error on the server-side this morning. It's fixed now. Should only see 3.10.

Please check that you aren't typing the letter O where it should be the number 0 or the like. If you are still having trouble, email the code to [email protected] and I'll take a look.
Email [email protected] the gadget and a directory listing from the DX dir.
I'm not personally emailing you when there's a link right on the top of the Downloads page at left. "Bought your game in Europe? Click here ." Paradox can also direct you. You may email me via kwilas at stardock.com if you have further problems past that point.
7 at the local Best Buy this morning. Top of the shelf, right in eye-line.
I don't think you can alter it. And technically, we're trying to follow Microsoft's guidelines here for user-specific data.
You will be missing some of the graphical bits as the GF2 can't support them (though there have been links to some sort of driver-fakeout app that would try to let DirectX do some of them in software). I wouldn't encourage playing on the larger maps, but you should be able to run fine. Just slower.
1.0X.009 is it.
All current serials for updates and/or the CE codes should allow you access to the download that'll enable the in-game/downloaded CE content. You will need the 1.0D1 or 1.0X (today) updates installed as well.
The 1.0X full standalone update will update everything to the latest version, regardless of what's installed. As noted above, you are going to lose your custom-designed ships from previous versions. One update to bind them all...
I've read your forum posts and we've taken note of them. Multiplicity hasn't been the focus the last few months. Apart from having to keep making it work on 2-3 different Vista builds because Microsoft thoughtfully deprecated features w/o documentation and closes our additional bug reports as "can't reproduce"... I also did reply a couple of weeks ago when someone internally forwarded me your comments, but apparently I replied back to them and not directly to you. <img src="http://images.s
What is the Version value at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX (use regedit.exe)? It should be 4.09.00.0903 or .0904.
Are you trying to uninstall from a retail CD or from a download? Use Stardock Central to uninstall with the download. The uninstalls were tested, including from oddball directories. If there isn't an install.log in the galciv2 dir, then I'm at a bit of a loss as to where it went. Remove the directory and the start menu group and you're pretty much set. Email [email protected] i
This has been sorted already. We've created a page where you can input the CE code from your Paradox box and get issued a new serial number for updates. You will need to treat that code as having been printed with your copy, the process does NOT create an account record for you in the system, though it does tie it to the email address you use so you can get it in the future. An email is also sent. www.galciv2.com/paradox
Please make sure you have installed the Multimedia module in Stardock Central (if downloading).
DuneTiger, I think the Technology Rate bit when setting up the galaxy will let you swing the research faster or slower.
Please email [email protected] the login.txt file from your sdcentral directory.
If you plan to take a bunch of shots, you might want to run the game in a window to more readily switch to your paint app w/o the textures having to reload. From the galciv2 directory, run: galciv2.exe w
Please see the email I sent you from [email protected] with some directions on trying to track down what the problem is.

What link is it trying to go to? Use this: sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe
There is an auto-responder, so it sounds like your email may not have gone through. Did you order directly from us, as I don't see an order record under your email address.
It's working as designed. Your transports are unloaded when in orbit.
What is your OS and video card? Go into the Control Panel / Language bit and change the first dropdown to US English. Try the game again, better?
If you're playing at the same resolution in windowed mode as your desktop is at, you're effectively playing full-screen. Your desktop should be set to > 1024x768 to see the window.
