Reminded me of Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Pretty badass.
I don't really care who did what first, second, or last. I'm not switching to a Mac anytime soon, but I like having lots of features at my disposal, some of which are part os OSX, some of which will be part of Vista. I don't work for Microsoft, I don't have any investments with Microsoft, and I don't really care about Microsoft. I don't need bragging rights by having a Mac, but I do need something I can rely on. As long as Microsoft keeps ma
Most of the apps that come with OSX are the best ones to use. As for the PS/2 keyboard, there are PS/2-USB adapters all over the place. Link
I think a lot of you are forgetting that Microsoft will sell more Vista when it's preinstalled on computers, rather than people going out to buy an upgrade. And if you read some of the features Vista will have, I think it looks really good. Link For some of you, the features are useless, and you may not know what some of those new things do. I think a lot o

It's global warming. Maybe not the 'global' part. More like, 'localized hottening.' Yah?
The icons on this thread make me want to install programs, just to make use of your creations. I have one for a little muliplayer game called ARC. (The pink is supposed to be transparent.) Thanks!
Unfortunately.. it's not on the site anymore... Aw nuts. I liked it too, and can't find it anywhere on the 'net.
It will be typical to see Microsoft sell Vista to the uneducated people around the globe Or to people who want the features Vista has.
Doc: You know what they say: People in glass houses sink sh... sh... sh... ships. Rocco: I got to buy you a proverb book or something, because this mix 'n' match shit's got to go. Doc: What? Connor: Well, a penny saved is worth two in the bush, isn't it? Murphy: And don't cross the road if you can't get out of the kitchen. -Boondock Saints
"You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Then who the hell else are you talkin' to? You talkin' to me? Well, I'm the only one here. Who do the f-ck do you think you're talking to? Oh, yeah? Ok." -Taxi Driver
Have fun, and rest up before things go nuts.
I second what Zubaz said.
? It works!
Microsoft should make Vista as open and easy as possible for third party developers to create quality and original skinning software. I'm not a programmer so I don't know what this would entail, but allowing outside software development would benefit Microsoft and the third party developers.
A logically designed fuzzy winamp that looks like it broke falling down a mountain back skin? Now all you gotta do is make it for the guy.
Biggest quote ever.
If you want high quality music downloads. Go to musicgiants.com. Link Their music is as high as 1100kbps. Hi-def audio, baby! I never downloaded anything there, since it probably wouldn't matter on my crappy speakers, but I bet it sounds great. The best way to download illegal music is bittorrent. The best legal is any place that has reasonable prices and the music you want. I've used iTun
And I thought I had it bad with 50 emails a day. Most are spam, some are hatemail, and the rest are probably from my mom.
I was waiting until Vista came out before getting a new pc I'm doing that. I'll probably get a computer in the summer of '07. That way, I'll know if Vista is a bomb or not. (Though I doubt it will be) I don't see a problem with Vista having to be run on 'better than average' hardware. All s

Does that really say USD $200? Yikes. Unless it makes coffee in the morning and a sandwich at night, seems too expensive to be worth it. If you really want it, look on nextag.com or a similar price comparison site for a good deal. Good luck.
Interesting...
Spiffy. And I like the idea of doing it for the 'Just In' list.
