Link I believe this is what you need.

Found this article on the Vista DRM. Link Doesn't exactly make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The rest of the article is worth reading. Vista sure will have some nifty features. I also found this quote "Microsoft will probably releas
It kind of stinks that Microsoft trashed WinFS, but added DRM. That being said, I have no idea what WinFS does, but everyone's making a big deal about it, and I was curious to see it in action.
We should have a poll to see if we need a poll about changing the poll question.
Let's just be glad he wasn't using any other appendages to drive with.
It still says '10 millionth downoad.'
Downoad, eh? Congrats Stardock. You guys have been doing pretty well these past few weeks.
Do you believe for one second that if MS could take complete control of everything, they wouldn't? Control of what? The entire software market? Of course they would like being the only game in town, but so would every single other company out there, not just Microsoft. And you can't blame them for it
I think a lot of this has to do with the obsession with sexuality, at least in America. Can't really speak for other countries. We learn when we are little that nudity is awful and any mention of sex is taboo. The former Attorney General had a statue of the woman holding the Scale of Justice covered up because she had a breast exposed. Naturally, when kids get older, they want to see for themselves what is so evil about sex. They
Apparently I paid $20 a year for my weight.
I downloaded it, and the white line I think you're referring to is the divider between docks and running tasks. If you go into dock settings> dock contents and uncheck 'Show running tasks' and 'Show system tray icons' it should work. Good luck.
That's a problem with the skin. To my knowledge, there are no skin updates. I think that had something to do with Microsoft wanting to ban Kol's and Jemaho's Vista skins.
That's terrible, your poor brain needs food, real food. Uh, no it doesn't. When my brain is nourished, I do dumb things like this: Link
When you have a bunch of tubes of paint and your friends sleep for 18 hours a day, things are not going to go well. I'm not motivated enough, and I'm not the type to plan ahead enough to take things apart before I paint. I just went for it, and luckily it was a somewhat old mp3 player that I destroyed. My computer is a laptop. So even I'm not d
Some of you remember a couple months ago my plan to paint my computer. Why? I was bored, what else? Before I started, I figured I'd try it on something not as expensive, and something that isn't my only lifeline to the world outside of school. So I picked my mp3 player, an Archos Gmini400. I used ordinary acrylic paint, not some fancy computer paint or whatnot. So I painted some nice design on it, in my style which ends up fairly
Breakfast on weekends? What's that? I usually sleep until 11 or 12, so it's a foreign concept for me. For lunch though, I usually have crackers or something like that. I'm a poor art student; it's the best I can do.
Can't please everyone. Some people think Microsoft shouldn't include any 'extra' software like anti-spyware, firewall, anti-virus, web browser, email app, media player, etc. Other people, mostly the people who aren't very computer literate, want to have all of that included, so they don't have to go out looking for things they don't know about. I think they should have two OS versions; one with the 'extras' and one with
If I had a bunch of spare time to figure out what parts are compatible with each other, I'd build my own. But I just looked on newegg for motherboards, and there are way too many things to choose from. Most of which I don't know the meaning of. I don't think I'd spend $5k on an Alienware, but maybe a good Dell, especially after this deal. Seems like it would be better for Dell than Alienware.
Babya Eh?
Yeah, I doubt that article is accurate. Microsoft was quick to denounce it, and basically said no part of it was accurate. Maybe they're just trying to cover their mistakes, but I'm thinking the article isn't true.
Long time subscribers shouldn't get any special advantages as recent ones. Ususlly companies give special deals to newcomers anyway. I think people would prefer results at this point Of course people would like results, but in the meantime to quell some of the bad feelings around here, I t
I pretty much know what I'm doing. Never had a virus, and don't think I've ever been infected with spyware. Under normal conditions, I wouldn't be too concerned, but I'm on a college network. And there are a bunch of nerds here would would love to try to get into people's computers and mess things up. I still use Norton because it came with my computer, and I never had any problems with it. Works well for me, except it being a resource hog.
I subscribed the other day, does that mean I can complain? What I think all of us would appreciate is an ETA of when WC will be back to normal. I don't mean when all the behind the scenes programming or whatnot is done, but when we'll stop getting Server Errors and timeouts on a regular basis. I'm not asking for a specific date, but at least a
Is this possible, or does WindowBlinds have to be kept in the system tray in order for theme changes to remain in effect? Actually you can turn off the WB system tray icon. Go to User Overrides and in Advanced Settings you can uncheck 'Show icon in system tray.' There are no running process
Use a different font! Times New Roman is a font for print. Use any sans-serif, websafe font. It looks like you just used an ordinary template for your site design. Everyone needs a place to start though, I suppose. You should go look at some more innovative websites for some inspiration. There's a place called coolhomepages.com I heard about that has, well, 'cool' homepages. If you're using a program like Dreamweaver, view the sou
