Vista isn't even out yet, and people are already looking into 'Vienna?' If they say 2011 now, don't expect it before 2020. Besides, it seems to be that the way hardware and software is developing, in 5 years anything they're working on now would be completely obsolete.

The only was I could see that working is if Stardock made skinners who wanted their products for free sign a contract saying they have to make a minimum number of skins per month, or year. And I have a feeling Stardock nor skinners would want to have to deal with that. If you don't want to share your creativity, then just use it on your own computer. Since transparency is now possible, and widely used, I think a cool feature for Windowblinds would be to add effects to what is underneath. Right now the windows can go translucent, but what if it could do a burn or dodge effect, or a contrast change, or hue, or saturation. Don't know how this would end up looking, but it could be cool.

Don't see why Winamp would be more likely to have spyware. Why would anyone put spyware in a skin anyway? Sure there are assholes all over, but I don't think they would put the time and effort into making a skin just to screw with people.

I think we've established that Windowblinds is the most wanted app to be in. IconPackager seems to have a good following. Winamp, or media players in general and Firefox also seem to have a good amount of votes. If Firefox is chosen, Thunderbird should be included in it. This all sounds pretty good to me, although I don't get why there should only be 3 categories. Anyone know? I want to see widgets in here for all the big widget a
