What cave did you crawl out of to come to these forums and write that rubbish. If you spend some time READING them instead on whining/trolling you'd know how much Stardock is working on them and how they are much more accessible in these forums than any other games developer I've seen. Bonus Trolling points for you!

I still won't believe it's REAL. I came to same conclusion, no way for a PQ of 72. I will not be satisfied its real unless a metaverse save can show that. Otherwise its too easy to go and edit your customplanets.xml

It happens in all my games. So I know its a repeatable one. It's faded out but you can kinda still see the resource where it is/was. As for fixing it, I've not found a way as a player to be able to use it again. At least you know you've denied it to everyone else

I'll second that in a flash. Stardock rulez! I will try and summarize the experience in one word. Unparallelled. (If I can spell it right, hee hee ) They are on top of things if you did have an issue, they are so transparent on the forums it is just wow. It's unlike any other forum. You may not always get a reply in the forums on some comments, but you can bet they are read. On release day these folks were available in IRC to help. Another

Almost forgot. Small PQ planets = research world. Seriously, if you have 3-4 workable tiles after the inital colony one, you'd need a starport and then you'd only have 2-3 factorys. Horrible production.

Yes and no. If you're on a tiny or small map... you may have to find a way to put some resarch on your planets while trying to optimize production. Larger maps, when more planets are involved I would resoundingly say yes. It is better to specialize I try and have at least one mega research planet to put the technology capital on. I put manufacture capitral on the planet that has the most military prod. If its building frigates in a few turns lets

I guess it depends on the planet/situation. I haven't found a need to remove farms. Of course if approval is at 68% I don't mind. I try not to focus on 50, just cause I don't want to lose elections if it does fall downhill. I usally don't go out of my to research farm techs but the first one is easy to get/trade for. Even with not so many improvements you can keep a pop of 11-13B relatively happy throughout the game.

Key Points - Some things you're NEVER going to get in an outright trade. Weapons techs if the other Civis fear you. If another ruler says "Over my dead body" or "Have you been drinking again? " that's another way to tell you're a LONG ways off or you don't have a chance in hell.

Ok. Influence means you win races over with ideas. A race becomes so enamored with your culture due to trade/influence that they want to become part of your side, leaving their own. Planets will fall without shots fired. Each planet you own generates its own IP (infleunce points). There are bonus tiles if you're lucky. Also, certain planetary improvements give bonus to IP (embassy, stock exchange). Now, Starbases also enh

Wow what a day, eh? That's unbelievable bad (even though its true) about the 'persons' (hey no name calling even though I was thinking it) who didn't update their drivers and didnt read all the posts. One they're a troll and/or two too immature or lazy. Regarding the mouse - I had same issue. Here's my stats if that will help. Windows XP Sp2, 1 Gb ram Amd 1600 Nvidia FX 5200 SoundBlaster 24B

@Cactoblasta.. Thats the whole point of the tutorials. They cover all the beginner stuff so you can feel comfortable playing a game on your own later. @Simplicity, your entitled to your opinions but I wouldnt agree with those 6 points.
