The special upgrade price applies to all registered users of WB 3. To purchase go to the website in the "visit now" link in the article above. WB 4.2 *should* work on W98, although some bugs are being reported by some users on 98 and XP. I haven't yet tried it on either OS so can't say firsthand.

It's on your ID page. Websites like this have costs and need to recoup at least a portion of them as with this site (SD sales subsidize a significant portion of WC costs but not all). Which is why as the site use grew dramatically WC/SD lowered the download limit and instituted some restrictions and ways to contribute either through submitting work that is posted or financially supporting the site

At work earlier this year we got new OptiPlex GX260's and I was quite pleased when I started using it. So far they seem to be doing quite well (about 500 machines more or less). Nice PC for a prefab brand name (as opposed to one custom made).

Perhaps I missed something but I don't see what there was to be so seemingly upset about. And I'm probably obtuse but I don't even see what's "unfinished" about the skin. Maybe stuff I just don't notice? I'm using it now with WB 4.1 released version (not beta 4.2).
