Well from what limited knowledge there is the "Races" section I can tell you that the TEC have at least a Battleship archetype, a Cruiser and a Dreadnought. I'm also guessing they have frigates and fighters etc. Not sure about the Vasari or Advent thought, but I assume that their ships would be divided up accordingly. Either way, if ships aren't divided by type, they should be divided by size. Or have a specialised facility all to themselves.

All weapons have unique impact effects and I know which one looks like that and it isn't a beam I take it your not about to tell us what the weapons actually is?

homeworld I played Homeworld, good game. But the battles at times could be underwhelming with smallish fleets shooting at each other, plus the plot was underdeveloped, I reckon Sins will be better. However, in Sins

I think that fleet may just be flying in a 2D formation, to minimise how many of their ships can be hit by defences.

lol, stop being paranoid and relax. it was just being imaginative on the first post when you didn't understood what i was saying. if you read back it was meant to be joked about how good the details is on the planets surface. unless your imagination is limited tho it's always good to keep an open mind, no conspiracy here man so don't panik. Oh..

I am getting this game, sometimes you look at a game and think, yes!! It just looks like it could be a fun blast and I would enjoy despite any issues. At worst, it'll be a nice filler between now and Sins, at best, we'll all be eating humble pie. and I don't feel attached to my units, as most of them you have to build 100-200-900 of , lol... </ta

If you want organic ships click here , this is obviously not Sins but it is real time and fully incorporates all strategy in relation to biological ships, you can mutate ships and they evolve as the game progresses, have a look see! And now to compensate for advertising another game...buy Sins! Or else!

As far as we know none of the ships in Sins are organic, but Ironclad are remaining tightlipped on specifics, so maybe, who knows. The Vasari ships do have a very organic type feel to them though.

I'm excited. But for me this would be nothing but a stop gap until Sins, whereas Genesis is an RTS, Sins is "RT4X", which is something new and I feel more worthy of my attention....that said I may still get this game to satisfy my bloodlust.
