If you take no prisoners then how do you find out if this attack was planned or spur of the moment.
No prisoners were taken because if they were, they could find things out, like if the Allies are relocating their training grounds, and where.
General Homsar
Klaxons wailed everywhere. Evans stood up from his chair as a crowd of sailors ran past him down the hall. Well, Evans thought, I guess Rear Admiral Healy will have to wait to tell mhy he called me to the breifing room. No sooner had the thought crossed his mind than a loudspeaker added to the cahos: "Enemy ships have jumped into the system! Scramble all fighters! All captains and crew, report to your ships immediatly!" As Evans took down the hall, he ammended his previous t
I'll try to update again tomorow; it's geting late.
Colonel Alexandr Kosolov shifted in his seat as the dropship descended through the atmosphere, its engines snarling like wild boars as the craft cut through the air. "Alright, people, listen up!" Brigadier General Hans Richter barked in his gutteral German accent, "I know full well each and every one of you wants to land on Korx and take the fight to the Greyskins as much as I do, but I'll let you in on a little secret: the planet is full of mountains. So we're going to g

It seems there's a bit of a "soldier's diary craze" ont he forums these days.....and from where I'm sitting, that a good thing!
The Telenath crew filed into the briefing room, each member shooting out thier arm in salute as they took thier seats. "Are you sure they are all loyal to me, Torren?" Hessarah whispered, with an undertone of, They had better be. Torren spoke with grave certainty: "Of course, Your Excellency. We handpicked them specifically for this ship, and we...relieved any who showed disloyal tendencies of thier duties." Hessarah nodded mutely. Most of those warriors
How did you get your allies to plan with you. In games I play the only thing that my allies are good at is getting their fleets killed in useless attacks. How did you get their armaddas together in the same system.
It's just story-telling, an I figured that a big invasion would need a lot of secrecy and training. ( cough, D-day, cough).

Okay, disregard my last bug report. Here's a real problem: I've installed GalCiv and DA via Impulse, and the ships have long,spindly "spires" coming from certain pieces, like so;
To some observers (but not yourself), you will arrive at Mars before you leave Earth. Unless some frames of reference are "special", the person observing you as arriving at Mars before you leave Earth will be factually accurate in their observation. Nor will they be restrained by the hand of God from abusing this observation to create paradoxes. Nor will you be restrained from using this frame of reference to return to Earth before you leave Earth
So my IMAGE would "arr
As stated above, I installed DA via Impulse, and when I start a game, the mini-map is greyed out as if Blind Exploration is on EVEN WHEN IT IS NOT ENABLED. This also occurs is DL.
Evans skimmed over the latest war news displayed on his computer. It wasn't encouraging: the Allies' blitzkrieg, which had seemed unstoppable when the war broke out, had suffered setbacks and slowdowns in the past--the relaization that the Korx had capital ships came to Evans's mind--but now it had, in essance, stopped. Gone were the pictures of jackbooted Federation soldiers, Thalan battle-mechs, and Assryian shocck troopers parading through captured Korx cities

104. You see a praying mantis and think, "Oh no, a lost baby Thalan!" 105. You think all battles in history consist of either blinking flags or soldiers and tanks forming perfect lines and charging at each other. 106. You insist that it is impossible for a solar system to have more than five planets. 107. You are supprised when a 50,000-ton battleship doesn't spin around as if on a pivot. 108. You think a blue triangle is a good idea for a flag.
Don't forget the giant ants from THEM! Scariest roar ever, and nicely animated for such an old movie.
Great job Axel! The Wasp looks exactly like an F-4. Are you planning on a MiG-17-esque ship as a "counterpoint" to it?
This game has been generating a lot of buzz lately, and I wanted to see what people thougth about it. As for me, I think it's a cool idea, but I have one problem with it, and well as some quick (?) soloutions: Prooblem 1: The MK series is famous for the Fatalities: those gruesome, ridiculously long, hilarious finishing moves. Now, since superheros have to act...well, heroic, there won't be any Fatalities. Soloution 1a:Release two editions of the game: one with heroe

Awesome writing, but I have a question: Why are you referencing the Psalms and using Islamic terms if this is an alien religion? i'm not nitpicking, just curious.
