Don't listen to him....he loves me!

See what a freakin' liar he is?! He's just so easy to hate.
It's like brokeback mountain all over again! Seriously though, you guys are hilarious, you should have your own page on this site - too funny!!!
as a community we could be more tactful in our handling of such situations and not be so closed-minded....it's not like anyone
my last cholesterol test came out at 3.4
- lucky you, I've been hovering between 6.5 & 7 for the past couple of years which sucks because I'm "relatively" young, I think lipitor will be on my menu unless I can get it under control - oh yeah, I washed that pizza down with some espresso coffee, espresso every morning, that's the ritual - the food itself will change on a daily basis but I must always have my e
9 out of 10 men who have tried Camels prefer Women ....
- too funny ... and yes I definitely prefer women but I will not admit to trying camels so I really can't make an informed comparison - I had pizza, it was good. ... cold, right out of the fridge still neatly stored in it's pizza box.

- right off the hop, if you can still bootup into ubuntu, get in their and backup your data either on to removable media (cd-r / dvd-r, etc.) or if you have internet access while running ubuntu, setup an account with an online storage provider and upload the stuff you need to save. Definitely save the data first if you can successfully boot into ubuntu. After you have saved your data, then perform the recovery attempts using the ideas shown above. Let us know know how it go
However, if you want to stay current (especially if you are a skinner) you will have to start using Vista. It's just the way it is.
I don't think that it's a requirement yet, it may be sometime in the (possibly near) future but right now for the most part I think skinners can still continue to author skins for a winxp environment and still have a large enough winxp user base to satisfy.

if you think it's because of running bootskins, I can tell you that it isn't, and windows xp sp2 runs bootskins fine, I've been running them for almost 1 1/2 years and haven't had any problems with them. - first thing uninstall bootskin, reboot your pc and make sure that the standard windows xp boot up screen appears. Once you've done that and it boots up properly, you can be assured that the bootskin app is no longer affecting your pc because it isn't running anymore. This way you ca

Yup Hog56 definitely has torn through the avatar gallery lately, I'm especially a big fan of his comic book themed avatars. Great job on these Hog!!! Another great avatar graphic author that comes to mind is Cavan, lot of great stuff in that gallery from him also!

it's not bad, I agree that the edges could be cleaner/crisper. I would like to see vista style min/max/close buttons instead of just the symbols you're using for windowframe buttons - those buttons are what really make a vista theme. I do like the gloss & transparency, start panel & start button are nice too.

Adventures in American Plumbing is right...
You see in America we have a theory called conserving water... so our toilets have certain standards that the most of the world is lacking
- conserving water when flushing the toilet, novel idea - we've never heard of it in Canada and I'm sure the rest of the world hasn't heard of that either. The problem is that the majority of those basic inexpensive 6

the discussion brought out alot of ideas & healthy debate and cleared up some questions (and possibly generated a few more), in any event I don't think it was a bad thing. Expressing yourself doesn't always have to take form in your artwork, it's good to talk to people about how you're feeling and it isn't a bad thing to challenge the status quo either. You are obviously very confident and very innovative - those are great qualities to have (among your huge list of great qualities). Keep up t

Well I'll toot my horn here .... You can check out my Green Lantern black & green wb skin here: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=6189&libid=1 It's basically my black vista basic wb skin recolored with green accents instead of blue. Don't like the green lantern - no problem, that skin has a black & green simple substyle included with it which doesn't have any green lantern comic themed elements i
