I've never been successful at using SkinStudio...but couldn't you create a transparent image to go on the left side of the name? Maybe wide enough to nudge the name over to the center of the graphic? Not sure if it would be a .gif or .png, or whatever format is required that keeps the transparency. Sorry if that's not any help One of these days I'll give SS a try.

There should be a folder in your windows directory (something like C:\Windows\Cursors...) that you can unzip the cursor files to. Wallpapers are usually just .bmp or .jpg files that you can put into any folder that you create for them. I personally have a 'Wallpapers' folder within My Documents. Just make a note of where you unzip the files to, so you don't lose them.

Info on safer settings for IE: https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/ehowes/www/btw/ie/ie-opts.htm That's a great site, thanks for the link! I just went through and re-configured my security settings following the instructions. I know...I still use IE but I also use

I think (not sure) that it depends on which icons are included in the IP package. Which IP skin are you using? I myself am using Gant right now, and not every icon type is skinned. It looks like my HTML files are skinned though. I just checked, and my .css files are not skinned, those files are associated with my Dreamweaver program, so they have a different icon. Gant probably didn't have an icon for .css files. As for individual icons, you could try turning off IP temporarily, then go

Hi... I used to be able to close (skinned) windows by clicking on the close (X) button in upper-right corner of the titlebar. Today, I downloaded a skin to try out, which happened to have the min/max/close buttons on the left side and a rollup button on the right. Now, on any other skin, when I click on the close button, the window rolls up. I end up needing to right-click the title bar and 'close'. Is there an item in the WindowBlind settings that I can return to the normal min/max/c

I can't remember!! 30 years is a long time First vinyl album might have been either (same as Essencay) Elton John (Captain Fantastic) or Moody Blues (Days of Future Passed)...I think! First 45 might have been something from Donny Osmond! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/lol.gif"

Thanks for the headsup GM! Just ran it, phew! Clean. Question, could someone explain what Ad-Watch is/does? I have the Pro version and don't know what Ad-Watch is. Is it something that runs "behind-the-scenes"? I tried to use it but it kept popping up with things I couldn't understand.

I have DSL through Qwest (Oregon) which I've been happy with. There has been a few times where I had to reset the modem (unplug/replug) because of lightning strikes...but overall it's close to its advertised speed (1.5 Mbps) and a lot faster than my work's bloated T1 line! Actually, this morning before leaving for work, I wasn't able to check my email or go to many websites, but that was due to my

You're wise to do the installation yourself. I made the mistake of allowing my boss (the computer geek?) to install my new hard drive as the master, and my old one as slave, and using the included software to copy everything over to the new drive. Unfortunately, I got the call...he thought he was doing the copy and left the computer "for a moment", then came back to see that he had completely refor
