Sorry for the double-post I tested my theory by downloading a skin...clicked on Download link, got the Open or Save window, clicked on Open, and the skin was automatically installed from there. I used to be able to just click on Download, but this is close enough, only one extra click is no biggie for me. Than

Thanks for the help three_4me...I think it's fixed. My settings are the same as your image, but I clicked on the "Advanced" button, and checkmarked the Confirm open after download item. Now I'll need to test it out on a download from the library.

This is exactly what I have been wondering myself! I just checked, and next to WBA, it says "wbload document"...so how do I change it to "wbload.exe"? Thanks for the info!

#27 by Wizop Hippy - 4/1/2004 6:01:55 AM Ama02, that problem is fixed on the internal build, and should be up on Object Desktop soon. I just went into Stardock Central and found version 4.29f[rc].002, which I downloaded/installed...and everything is working great now! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/events.gif" border=0 ALIG

Not sure what that is...but I can wait until the next beta version (if that's what you mean). It's not affecting the actual programs (it's now happening on IE) or browser functions. I get around i

I installed the newest version earlier today, and now my Outlook Express isn't skinning properly. Where the frame seprators/scrollbars and bottom taskbar should be, instead shows partial graphics of the underlying window or desktop. IE seems to be okay, it's only happening in OE. But yes, I do see the "morphing" effect when changing skins. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile

I bought it when it first came out, but only managed to get half way through it. I found the puzzles to be (for the most part) TOO complex (mathyuk!) which detracted from the nice graphics and mediocre storyline. I know some folks that found it difficult even after resorting to a full walkthrough. The switching between two characters was rather confusing as well. I've since uninstalled it, and might give

I would love to see a Trillian (Pro) library. When I bought the skin suite PixOS, it came with a trillian skin, which I use a LOT. I also use the default skin. I noticed different skins have different features (emoticons, sounds, etc). I agree about Trillian's website...most of the skins are outdated.

I use Trillian all the time...also have latest MSN Messenger (for transferring files) but rarely use that. Trillian is cleaner, less cluttered, I like it. Have been wondering about the features of Trillian Pro, might consider getting that.

Whenever I switch to a WB skin that has the compact start menu option, the right-half menu (My Computer, Control Panel, etc.) shows the icons, and also shows a bit of the label text to the right of each icon...only half of the first letter is showing. Is there something I should do to get rid of the partial text? I am using WB version 4.2 build 123, and this happens on all of my compact menu skins. Thanks in advance! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0

On the OD control panel, Appearance tab (1st one), "Position on screen" 3rd dropdown box, select "Always on Bottom" and to the right of that, uncheck the "Use Mouse Activation" hope that helps

Ultimate Mahjongg (addicting) Freecell I mostly like to play adventure type games like Syberia and the Myst series, and recently beta testing for Uru Live, but just got the bad news today that they've decided to kill that project! Otherwise, I also like Doom and Wolfenstein (been a while since I played those)...and from the OLD school of platform gamers: Zelda and Metroid. I really n

As paxx said, the library listing can be easily customized to show my faves...so I'm looking forward to having Trillian and Rainlendar skins added to the selection (not sure what samurize is).

I prefer 100% Kona Coffee from Lion Coffee http://www.lioncoffee.com/ in either the Original flavor or Macadamia Nut flavor. It's what the 'locals' drink. Otherwise, I settle with drinking whatever sludge they make at work.
