Thank you, Neil, that has resolved the issue.

version 1.2, I will try your suggestion and get back to you.
Does anybody else have this? Worst after boot or out of sleep but does happen when coming out of a full-screen app window quite a bit. i-9 12900KF with GTX3080 Sorry it's a bit dark, taskbar starts in the centre with empty space below start-menu. I have blanked out personal info.
Missing items everywhere so raising a support ticket. Thanks.
This is what I see in my subscription: CursorFX 4 - Download 4.03 Curtains - <a id="_Content__P
I went to upgrade my WindowFX after years of use but no longer see it in my Object Desktop Subscription. What happened?
Unfortunately turning ESET firewall off didn't help either. This is why I don't use Defender myself, it's so unpredictable but unfortunately, on this occasion, I'm not at liberty to replace it as it's client equipment. Puzzling.
Hi guys, I've run that script. Rebooted but same story, I can only connect when I turn off all three firewall settings leaving it completely open. Also checked the port settings listed on that page and they look identical.
I have a KVM license and want to control a client-supplied laptop, it is protected by windows defender however even though I can see an entry for multiplicity in the firewall exclusions inserted by the installer it will not work unless I turn the WD firewall off altogether. Both computers are on the latest Windows 10, my workstation can connect with my personal laptop just fine (ESET protects all my equipment). Any ideas how to make this work
I have just installed the creator's update to Windows 10 and the shadow effects seem to no longer be visible. Anyone else experienced this?
No you're not missing something, I'm a clot who confused which features are in which Stardock application. I meant Windows FX - it would be great if I could just limit the start menu to slide-in/slide-out animations. I find the random animations distracting when I'm working.
Thanks. That's what I was looking for.
Hi, I have an active Object Dock account and have been trying out Multiplicity now that I have a requirement for these features. I would like the added features of the KVM version but it looks like I would be charged the full cost as if I was not an Object Dock user. Isn't there a discount available? If so how do I apply it? Thanks
Why isn't there a setting to allow only one type of slide-in and slide-out? Why is only random allowed? Can we have slide-in-from-left/slide-out-to-left settings? Thanks Alex
I love this, nice. Any chance you can get it working on Office, VS 2013 or Foxit PDF Reader?
All the threads I've ever started have only accumulated a couple of responses and they were only technical threads relating to Stardock products, that is stuff I've been working on or researching. Not everyone takes to chit-chatting with people they don't know on the internet easily. Those of us with small children have little time on their hands but you shouldn't see that as an issue with this site, wincustomize has an older user-base compared to other

@LightStar Very similar to my home-office, very nice. How do you keep it so tidy though? (or was that just for the photo)
A remarkable achievement. Well done to Brad and the team, surviving the dot-com bust and the global economic melt-down and still going great guns is an impressive feat.
I'm working on it.
Thanks Neil, DirectX10 was introduced in November 2006, is Deskscapes looking at an end-of-life path or do you have an eventual upgrade in mind? I have found an article on MSDN on surface sharing ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/deskto
One thing I'm certain of is that the whole climate change debate has reached the "angels on the head of a pin" moment - that is a matter of faith. Look at this thread! Its monumental!
Just keep the children away from the carnivores. For some reason I can't fathom little girls love dinosaurs.
Hi, I was looking at the sample plugin in the DS3SDK example and documentation. These all reference a LPDIRECT3DDEVICE9 device. Does the current version of deskscapes still use a DX9 device and pipeline or does it now use a later version of the DirectX SDK? The reason I'm asking is that I'd like to use a DX11 device (11.1 if possible) - is that possible with Deskscapes? Thanks.
Its not just the internet that is losing its manners and tolerance. Here in the UK people are being threatened with prison for speaking their minds on immigration policy. Conversely violent crime is unduly tolerated and the identity of the criminal protected, we call it "human rights".
