Multiple Stars Graphic's mod by boshimi336. It works on all versions (to my understanding) and is incorporated into a few other mods, including Distant Stars. (I have that working at present ... I think.) Do you have links to these mod project's pages?

I was in the beta, always have been a Terran player from SC1 through till now. *shrugs* Refuse to buy the game until LAN support in some capacity is added. I have horrible internet where I'm at and this past weekend we just had a 16 person 'round robin' tournament with SC1 at our place again using LAN and a tournament bracket. A few of us have SC2, I've played the beta when I was living at a different place. The storyline rocks, the game rocks, the multiplayer rocks ...
Indeed :-)
Impulse Anywhere allows people who have a legal copy of the game allows them to get setup properly. This has been the standard for this game for a while now.
It really is not a big deal to patch when one is released. You just start up impulse, hit the patch install button (once it checks to see if there are any patches available) and that's it. No hassle.
This looks wickedly cool! Looking to download this in the next week and get some play time on it. Very well put together! Looks like a true complete package!
The FOW issue can not be resolved. It has been looked into a few times. It is a hard coded issue. The only way to resolve that issue is to have some modded ability, building, or ship (that dies out) in the gravity well to see everything. This works great if you are looking to do a single player map, otherwise it will be a headache. Also, there is a limit on the number of phase lanes that can be supported, not exactly sure where that is listed as I can't find the thread
Major Stress, when I contacted Blair Fraser and got a reply back he stated that he was 'Very busy at work and would look into this issue on his weekends on his own time.' concerning what I pm'ed you almost two weeks ago. I'm assuming he is working on another IronClad Games project. In the Stardock ICP it has been rumored they are working on a land based war game. This is not confirmed however in any way.
Understood.
Ditto on what Seleucieia said. If you want you can even slow everything down I believe as well in the settings so it can be even 'more' turn based. That's how I started playing and now I play on normal speed. We borrowed the game discs from one friend and my three friends tried it out. Played the snot out of it for a month and then all purchased the 'Collector's Edition' of the game which game with music cd, poster, etc. We all now have all the expansions and play at le
$30 for Trinity ... seriously dude. It's not that bad.
Well, I usually have two carrier capital ships, I have since the very first release of the game (not just because of the new over powered versions in the latest release) and I have always named one Yummy, and the other Kitten. :-) My home planet is always, "Don't Hurt Me!" I figure it might give the enemy pause. *shrugs*
wbino, please honestly consider what I have to say as well. I have played Requiem, it is indeed very good in it's current build. VERY big two thumbs up. If you are a fan of the original game play but would like a similar 'expansion' feeling. I highly highly HIGHLY suggest the Distant Stars mod. Just something to check out my friend. Those two mods in my opinion are, well, (other than ManSh00ter's Last Stand mod that has yet to be released) the two best game-play and con
I have via PayPal transfer $25 to anyone that can texture that correctly. I know it's not much, but it is an incentive. $25 for skybox issue resolved and fixed another $25 for planet issue resolved and fixed. PayPal to PayPal account transfer. Quality must be approved by Major Stress
Well, we have Blair Fraser looking into a few things now so, we'll see how this all comes along. Is this going to be updated into the Sins Optimization Project?
There is hope! I received a reply from Mr. Fraser. He is looking into the issue on his personal time in the next or following weekends. He said coding wise it looks like it shouldn't be too hard of a fix but implementing it onto all three versions of Sins would be the more difficult part. So, there might be another patch coming which would, amazingly in conjunction with the Sins Optimization project, allow for large system play, finally. O.o' We'll see. ~Reuben<
I can't believe I just stumbled across this. WOW is all I have to really say at the moment. Is this something that we might see Iron Clad putting up as an official patch?
E-mail has been sent. Awaiting reply. Does anyone have any contacts with Iron Clad other than Blair that we could attempt to get in contact with?
VERY much more efficiently actually. It's the last piece of the puzzle to a long standing and very much 'desired to be discussed' issue that if solved, would really open up the possibilities..
I heard a year or so ago that his pm inbox wouldn't accept new messages. Is there any other way to contact him or another person who is related to the programming crew with Iron Clad concerning Sins of a Solar Empire? Just would like some actual dialog on an issue that myself and others in the community are trying to deal with. E-mail has been sent: Awaiting a reply. <div id="ctl00__Content__RepeaterReplies_ctl06__Re
Man, you guys have got to learn some patience. Go check out www.infinity-universe.com if you want to consider 'wait times' for a project. It's at over seven years but the community is still going strong with development. Now, that does not mean I expect ManSh00ter to take several years but it's already been over one, comming up on two if I'm correct. Relax. [e digicons]B)[/e]
Bad Idea: taking a few days to read through all of the pages of good idea/bad idea, and then continuing the trend. I.e. (Begin Posting)
The mass effect 1 and 2 are a very good choice if you're into storylines. I'm ALSO very stoked about Star Craft single player when SC2 comes out, crazy love for that story, just, wha. :-P Honestly ... not much else in my mind has been around lately, SotS2 is coming out soon-ish I hear. Don't know about this summer though.

Yeah, :-( Just want my 150 or so star system map (with 2-5 bodies in each system, only 15 bodies in the whole MAP would have militia, rest would be empty)
