What's funny is the history behind RS. Initially, Flipkik didn't know what he wanted to call the clan, so when he made his new screen name, he used the asterix to identify the unknown. Well, I don't know who suggested Risen Star, but the end result is pretty good.

Funny, I didn't know a rant could only be 3 sentences long. And no, this isn't something the user can fix. It has to do with the ICO server.
Admittedly, my poor performance made me watch replays and determine where I was failing. Mainly, I started becoming to cocky and putting down 1 or even 2 civ labs early, even if I was seperated from the rest of the team. I used a SP game to hone my use fo the z-axis, which admittedly, I never tried to use before. All I have to say is: Fly Willie, Fly! It depends, but more often than not, ICO just decides it doesn't like you and drops you, even though your connection is fine. I haven't had problems for a month, and then over the last week it has reared its ugly head again.
I am self-demoting myself to tier #2. I have not been playing well the last few weeks.
Seriously, why does is still dump people sometimes. It disconnected me twice tonight, while I was in game. It's like ICO decides that some days it's just going to crash, and nothing you can do can stop it, even hosting without alloy.

I might post another replay tonight. The game was so pathetic, I can't even describe it, but I had my HW, and that's all that I needed. 3v1, with just my HW left, I teched up Enforced Loyalty (Vasari) and had my 6/8 upgraded starbase parket with my egg, 35 flak, 5 repair, 3 turrets, and my remaining structures. Sometimes you have noob teammates, and you do what you need to to survive. Sometimes it works, and sometimes you get screwed. More often than not, it works out ok.
