Dont forget to increase the point count at the top. Dunno how good you are with 3d stuff so just incase dont be put off by the orientation matrix, its pretty simple to get front, back, left, right numbers. I think they would be like this Front: Point DataString "Weapon-1" Position [ 88.124916 14.478189 85.954254 ] Orientati

If you just want to add more points you can add them to the text versions by hand. (Binary one too but thats farharder to understand even if you know the file format). To properly modify the mesh you need some kind of brilliant tool that can import export sins .mesh files...
Except you can't exclude modders. An engine needs to be stable regardless of whether it's running modded content or not. Sins has always clashed with the 2gb-per-process addressing limit, and the hardcodes set the boundries to make sure the essential components of the game always have enough memory, whether it's vanilla or a mod.
Well the modder has control over the content then, just as if he puts bad data
I always thought it was to stop those pesky artists from going over 2gigs and crashing your 32 bit programs lol. Obviously some are because thats all the engines supports and more would result in mega failure. However some I don't really understand the a limit for like Draz. (After all theres a producer to tell artists to stop using so mamy of the bytes and things like that). Maybe its a case of thats it was done back then and the thought of changing some of them sends programmers in
"enum { MaxNumTrails = 4 }; //exhaust trails" I ran into that :(
Did you name them right? I don't use XSI so I just type the correct name in my point in max, I think xsi has to add extra stuff (like a p?) to get it to convert?
I really don't like XSI, I use max instead. Im suprsied no one seems to have made a better workflow than xsi yet.

Yeah, okay but because humans treat each other on diffrent levels (manipulation and deciet!) that dosn't really matter because they are idiots. That argument dosn't really help, that only really proves we are evil (by DnD lore) creatures as a requirement in order to function. If you treat Alice and Bob who are both awesome korean Starcraft players the same (both fools lol) then thats more useful. Yeah I saw that story, its good. I mean gamer with more games than friends? If your a gamer you have more games than friends (those people on your bookface don't count). "Thats so gamer." Then itss fine - go ahead. Use it. For example: "The helthcare reform bill is so gamer!" meaning "Split into multifaceted groups of people who hate each others ideas but hate the rest of you even more". Sounds about right. "Thats so jock" - Dumbass pressed into doing so
Ahhh quality humor! I read it all, better than WoW Comics! Ironicaly the zerg are obviously based on the Tyranids and Alien etc. They are based on bugs, insect sexuality (especialy in the case of Alien) mixed with massive size and threat. I wouldn't compare my sexuality to the zerg but I guess she must have an insect sex fetish right? Maybe youll find your sexism in the way parasites use unwilling hosts as a anolgue to the way 'evil men' treat women but shes just an idi
Ah X-Com, very good. X-Com is a stratergy game - most of the game is about managment of resources, allocating them and building up your capabilities. This is why the later games failed, they focused more on 3D action and had less resources to do good stratergy. Total war follows this model pretty well. Its my favourite type. Strategic scale and tactical scale. Massivly diffrent unlike the games which try to fit it all into one. Anyway what

You still don't understand? Bump is used to add height detail to a flat surface. It changes how lighting falls on it to alter the surface slightly giving the illusion of depth. Now its called normal map and its far more advanced but its the same idea. The diffrent settings will most likely be loading in the normal map texture at diffrent resolutions for more or less detail/texture memory usage. As others have demostrated, it lightens the edge that is facing the light an
