I have a Win xp, 3.2ghz p4 with AGP Any that would run this game smooth?
Most likely you won't be able to run it well. I have not heard from anyone with a single core that can run this game well yet. I have a similar system, P4 with AGP x1650, and it doesn't run smoothly.

Well he said he can play supcom with max group no problem. Why should he need a new videocard? Unless he is lying and an ati x600 can't play supcom well. Or does demigod now requires higher system requriements than supcom. Not the lower sys req originally thought demigod suppose to have because of the smaller maps. Maybe the OP should wait until they get the shader 2.0 support into demigod and then he can play fine?

yea, you can play it but the game will be very very slow. 8200m is a very crappy video card. You need atleast 8600m or higher.

Depends what kind of games. If you can game on an iPhone, of coarse you can game on a netbook. Think about all those flash base games you can play. I once saw a thread showing all the real games you can play on a netbook. I'm sure if you do a search you can find a list of all playable games like starcraft.

This reminds me of hardcore mode in diablo2. Although it's a bad idea, they can make it like an Option in the settings. A hardcore mode where if you die, you lose all your stuff. It's not for everyone but i'm sure there are people who would love it as an optional setting.

Even if the intel graphics card were supported, the game will be so slow that's it's unplayable. WoW is a 4 year old game so it's not really fair to compare. WoW eats up alot of memory but isn't graphicly intensive. Demigod's requirements is more like Crysis. You need a really powerful desktop to play it. As for T0rm3nt3dS0ul, there's nothing you can do. It's best that you wait until this game comes out around May. Then you will probabl

As mentioned in the sys req, Intel chips are not supported. Your laptop will definitely not run demigod. I have 2 laptops that can also run WoW but can't run demigod.

Yes. Someone preordered Today 1/12/2009 and was able to get into the beta. See his post: http://forums.demigodthegame.com/336173

I was just researching on a laptop this week. I think your laptop will play the game on the lowest settings. Your videocard is a GS not a GT. I was looking at a Dell and here are Dell's 3dmark06 benchmark score: Dell XPS M1330 (2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7300, NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M GS 128MB) 1,408 3DMarks I have 1,500 score on my desktop and I can't play the game on the lowest settings.

The official requirements is out and it's exactly the same as Supreme commander since it uses supcom engine. Playing the beta, I feel it's exactly the same. You can download the supreme commander demo to see how your system handles it. https://store.stardock.com/product.aspx?productid=ESD-TGN-W293 Minimum: * Windows XP SP3 / Vista SP1 * 1.8 GHz Processor * 512 MB Available

I ran 3DMark06 benchmark on my system (P4 2.5Ghz, 1gb ram, Radeon X1650) Total Score: 1440 3DMarks SM 2.0: 521 SM 3.0: 653 CPU: 544 I guess I do have a slow computer. I can only run this game on the lowest video setting. The benchmark made me realize probably more ram or overclocking won't help much. I ran the benchmark on a new intel dual core e2200 ($50 cpu) and the cpu score was 3x higher.&nbsp

Well my motherboard only supports P4 (socket 478) so I won't be able to get the new dual cores LGA775. Upgrading the cpu means upgrading the motherboard, which means upgrade everything.

I'm trying to optimize Demigod and a few other games. My sim speed during 1vs1 is around 4. 3v3 sim speed is 0 or 1. I'm trying to figure out if overclocking will help. I have P4 2.5Ghz, 1gb ram, Radeon X1650. I used the 3Dmark06 benchmark program Total Score: 1440 3DMarks SM 2.0: 521 SM 3.0: 653 CPU: 544 I found out Demigod, like supreme commander, requires dual core or higher cpu.&nb

I prefer shorter games, 15-30 min games rather than 30-60 min games. I played a few 2v2 games and it was obvious after a few levels which side is the winning team. Yet it still took a long time to win the game (30 mins on prison). It takes me a long time to destroy the archer towers, castle of light, forts, and the final building. I have already bought the 6 most expensive items (boots, helm, ring, etc) Any strategies to win this game quicker? In mo

There is attack move. It's hold Alt and right click. It's kinda buggy though. I do find the game a bit boring compared to Dota. I'm not sure what it is but I haven't played a 5 vs 5 game yet. Most game I played so far are just 1 vs 1AI.
