Ever since my update to Windows 7 last fall I've noticed OD+ is very slow. It often takes 25% of the CPU and is non-responsive to the mouse. I choose to hide my docks and many times they will not reappear when the mouse is moved in their vicinity. Even when functioning, window movement is erratic. Reopening a minimized window will open the window immediately and then re-open the same window slowly. For that reason I suspected Windows FX5. I've spe

Are you looking for ma camera with a fixed lens or interchangeable?
Downloaded xWidget. So far less than impressed by the depth (as opposed to sheer number) of widget types. Of course with 56 pages of widgets to wade through I might find a surprise or two.

Interesting that the Surface Pro 3 uses a 3:2 display ratio, the same as a 35 mm film or DSLR camera. he $999 version seems like a good machine. Now when will they create an Android version. With 2.+ ghz quad core processors and HD screens, they should have enough power hese days.
APL has been calld a "write-onl;y" language as reading andn modifying someone else's code can be a nightmare. Of course, any poorly written code would also qualify but APL begins that way! [e digicons]:frogboy:[/e]
I saw that problem a few months ago but it seemed to go away on its own. Thumbnails show properly now. Maybe they rely on a plug-in that you have (and I had) disabled?
Next time it freezes, check the Task Manager to see if it's consuming any CPU. Mine will sometimes grab 25% and will temporarily freeze. But it's not specifically for stack docks, but for even just accessing the icons.
Very interesting and definitely unique.
Thanks for the input. I had picked up a 39 " 1920x1080 screen for $278 and this 21:9 screen sounded very tgempting. I guess I'lll decide in the next few days. @WOM, you have a 39 inch ultra-wide?
LG has a reasonably priced 25 inch, 21:9 (2560 x 1080) LED monitor, at $259.99 at Best Buy. Anyone using an ultra-wide screen? Unfortunately, we need to run the 32bit version even though our OS is 64bit. The 64bit version of Office 2013 won't run along side of the 32bit version of Office 2007. Most of the users posting here are most likely running 32bit software on their 64bit OS.[/quo

Hmmm, I run Office 2013 64 bit from Object Dock. All the shortcuts, Word, Excel, etc., are stored in a folder that I access through a stack. My OS is Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate.
I have seen this happen if a shortcut within a stack dock no longer points to an existing program. For example, if you have uninstalled one of the programs in your stack you'll have to manually remove the shortcut from the folder.

(1) The first time with a custom blind, it works correctly. (2) The second and subsequent times it's invoked I get the partial menu. (3) Every time with a standard Aero blind works correctly.
Iniciar el programa, seleccione una imagen y, a continuación, haga clic en el botón "Aplicar".
Quoting gevansmd, reply 30 I'm running on the same setup and can't get the start menu icon to work. It paints only the left half of the start menu and the right side is invisible. Also, sometimes it's a CPU hog, taking 25% of the total processor on a quad core CPU. Other times, it's running but won't reveal itself when I move the mouse to where the docks are hidden.
What software are you using for the backups? m Or are you just doing a drag and drop with Explorer?
Sounds like an issue to send to Stardock. Make sure you include info on your OS version. also, click the ? icon in the upper right of the configuration programd and then chose copy to clipboard and paste that info into the email as well.
Hi everyone,I see all the ruckus.I also would be very interested in knowing if OD will either be ongoing development or discontinuing the program.I am running OD on Windows7 64 bit ultimate and I have had only one problem with it. The problem is that when I bring up the user interface to change docks and tiles it stops responding for about 30 secs. then all is fine just a small annoyance, but otherwise OD runs fine on my 64bit OS.
Probably too much time spent on projects like Tiles. Is that being upgraded? I never saw the need for that with OD2 installed
