infin so at lvl 10 war rank it will be 20%
Yeah. Something like that. It's only an example.

He can unmist between creep waves, let mist cool down, bite creeps to regain health and remist.
But if you're not bad, and they're not bad....
That is the best tactic, but you need to know in advance not to follow Guildford's advice and 'wait for him to leave mist'.
You cannot just "leave him alone" while you attack his base. After you leave he can unmist and take your back portal flags on his own or kill towers in your base. If you tp back he returns to his position (with bat swarm) and remists. He'll regen hp back to full and wait until you leave. If you're really hurting his base
I sort of agree. There is no way to overcome the bonus you (or your crappy allies) give to opponents when you die and they get craploads of gold without killing them back, which is now significantly harder because they have better items because they have more gold because they killed you first. (Not to mention they're probably higher leveled now) You need to be able to outfarm people. Creeps need to give significantly more gold than they do. The only way to get gold
You will probably see Dragon Age: Origins long before d3.
Considering the former has a release date (or at least a month window) and the latter is "when it's done" without even a beta on the horizon (and also considering SC2 will come out first and it's not even close to being released)....yeah.
Perhaps all favor items could start out weaker and gain bonuses as your war rank goes up? Example: Swift Anklet = 10% ms bonus + 1% per war rank This mitigates the early game problem as well as giving more flexibility to favor item power (some could be better early game and some could have big bonuses unlock late game) This could also fix the weakness in many favor items that don't scale (Who cares about 40 damage late game?)
The WoW forums and /b/ are not the gold standard by which forumers should aspire.
You know, you're right. We should be better than this.
The 30 seconds is for forced bathroom and snack breaks
Only if you're male can you make a bathroom dash in 30 seconds, and that's stretching it. And there's no worthy snacks you can make in 30 seconds. Maybe scarf a handful of chips and thoroughly dust your hands off (who wants crud on your keyboard?) in time. Grab a can of soda from the fridge? Probably.
Server splitting has been happening a lot recently. Someone quits, and this might wipe out 3-4 other people in the game. You end up playing against all AIs or maybe 1 or 2 players are left with you wondering wtf just happened. This only used to happen in WC3 when the host quit (which rarely happened, and never happened since I hosted all the games myself) Now with P2P, it can happen at any time! *roll eyes*
The mines are also insane burst damage. Place 3 down and wait, then place 3 more down. During the fight throw another 3 - that's MASSIVE burst damage that will kill nearly any hero. An enemy melee hero can now never touch you without first going through the mines, assuming they even know they are there. The counter is obviously to use minions but it doesn't always work, and sometimes backfires because a swarm of minions near your hero just assures that you'll set eve
When someone quits, concedes, or disconnects several things should happen: 1. They should get no favor. 2. Their hero should be removed from the game - NO AI . Or you could allow the hero to be controlled by other players still in the game (but I don't think you quite have the interface ready for that) 3. The money that the person who left had should be distributed evenly among the remaining players. The items they had equipped should be "so
Was that 5 bolts, or 6!?
Looking at the journal post, I don't think that conceding should be the only thing that avoids this. Whenever someone f10-e-QQs (f10, then clicks end game and quits) they shouldn't subject everyone else to a time out period. The application knows you quit, it can tell everyone else "Don't wait for me" Sure if they plug pull or control-alt-delete end task there's no way the other people know whether that person crashed, closed his program, lagged out, or lost connection, bu
1. Replays 2. Ability to see mana and items on enemy Demigods. This is crucially needed. At the very least you should be able to see the inventories of your teammates! (And their gold)
Just adding to teseer's annswer of 7.95; that's the time they have to wait before healing a specific target again, the cooldown on heal itself is 5 seconds provided there's another target to heal in the area.
Do they at least prioritize your DG over themselves/other minions? Or do they hit the most % damaged target?
Sentry wards see literally 2 inches unless someone is by them. In DotA once a tower has lost health it has zero way to regen.
That's why you place both sentry and observer wards - observers for the sight and sentries for the invis - assuming any enemy even has invis, in which case you might not need the sentry.
Also thunder panda can for all intents and purposes port anywhere on a whim with no cooldown
Er, except for the cooldown.
Playing random doesn't make you look better or more intensive of a player.
But it makes you a more well rounded player.
It's a self gradication tool that the other players you are against don't exactly enjoy.
How do other players "not enjoy" it when you go random?
Lets say you have a person who is used to playing the QoT(person #1) and another person who is used to playing the UB (person #2). If #1 got stuck with the Rook and #2 got lucky and was chosen to be the UB, who do you think would win? That's what I was saying. Where in the hell did I suggest that you would get matched only with people who mastered the game?
I didn't say that was what you were saying. I'm saying that the point you touched on is exa
In general. Example: Base Attack Speed: 0.5 What does it mean?
You really need to learn to quote better.
No one deals with Linux, ever. If you're lucky it will work in whatever emulator you can set up, but probably not.
What is base attack speed? In seconds? Attacks/second? Cooldown until next attack?
^ Groundbreaking revelation!
You get plenty of gold for an assist, so the "steal" doesn't hurt you that much. Additionally if they aren't in range of the demigod they killstole then you get the full exp too, and can loot the potion/scroll. Not a big deal.
