Your UB needs to use spit. Have sedna use minions. They can overrun a tower farm.

This guide needs a few tiny tweaks. Otherwise, it's a fantastic idea. I'm still testing, but it looks hella powerful.
Great guide! I've been wanting to learn how to play TB. I've got a helpful suggestion: Wouldn't a Magnus Rod trinket work reallly well with this build? It also has a great passive mana regen ability. Plus, the Staff of Renewal also reduces the cooldown of Magnus Rod. On maps like Cataract you would have a really low cooldown due to the cooldown flag.
This is from a lvl 20 perspective: how you get to this point is up to you...
wat.
Even with -30% cool down (flag, item and favor item) I have yet to see a 4x shatter.
What about adding Sedna's Magnificent Presence Aura?
I think that items that give minion damage bonuses might actually scale well, since generals can usually summon more minions at higher levels. This means getting Ring of Divine Might could possibly be worth it. Thoughts?
It should seriously be worth about 3000 favor points.
So much of the same things get asked to death, so I thought it would be a good idea to start a FAQ. Please post things that you think should get added to the list, and I will add them. (Sticky please?) Is tower damage channeled from the rear towers to the forward ones? Nope. Having towers link when firing is just a cool visual effect. Also, it does not have an effect on Ro
I beg to differ. I played an extremly effective tower rook at lvl 17 and ended the game by around lvl 18 with another win under my belt.
I play Rook almost exclusively, and I have only ever been able to do this against weak opponents. If the Rook is still effective at level 17, then that is imba as hell. o.O
Warpstone costs a freaking 5k.
So what do you do if you face those kind of teams? Parasite Egg?
d Parasite Egg is an overpriced piece of crap.
If you drop an item that increases total mana, it lowers your mana max and subtracts the mana it added from your pool. Mana, however, cannot go below zero. This allows someone to run their mana dry, drop their plenor crown, and pick it back up gaining 1500 mana instantly. Would you all consider this an exploit? If so, it should probably be fixed.
Oh, btw, make sure that you always play DG while having your laptop charging. Otherwise it will be on an idiotic "power saver" mode that will kill your performance. I had to learn this the hard way in a multiplayer game. :P
If I see an attack rate of 0.7, does that mean it takes 0.7 seconds to complete an attack, or that 0.7 attacks are completed each second?
However, this build is really situational. I always play assasin first, get Heal (600Hp emergency), then either healing winds, Inner Grace and pounce (for interrupt). By then you should be able to see what your opponents are doing. If you then go minion build stick to minion skills, no more heal or pounce.
I've just tried this strategy. It's really great with a few additional tweaks. Thanks for the pointer!
Poison dagger is a great way to go. Hitting an opponent 4 times while using it yields a 60% chance of slowing an enemy DG by 25%. Those are crazy good odds. The only way you get screwed is if you are ganked.
People, you should start buying Totems of Revelation. It gives a passive +5 vision bonus for 50 freaking gold coins! This passive ability is reason enough to buy it. You can see your enemies slightly before they see you. Plus, if you make a push into their base, you can plant one of these suckers and give your team great line-of-sight for a couple of minutes.
I... what? What UB is dying to a Sedna who ignored her passives, or heal, or Pounce, and gearslots to focus on 4 mediocre Yetis?
Played two games with a teammate who used yetis. We pwned UB. Both UBs were decent, too. They are playable, as they are sort of mini-tanks that get healed quickly. Combine these with the other minions Sedna can get, and it's not a bad strategy. You have to focus your build around them in order to make them work correctly.
I use a GeForce 8600GM with my laptop, and it works fine on low graphics.
Thanks for the comments, everyone! I agree with a lot of what you all have said. Here's Rook Tip #1 : Your archer tower can slightly outrange enemy towers. You have to be faced a certain way to do it. It's free DPS on enemy towers without taking damage. It's really tricky to do, though. Play around with it and you should get the hang of it.
Would you mind adding my guide on the Rook? You could label it as "Powerful Rook Hybrid Build" or somesuch. :D http://forums.demigodthegame.com/355560

Some abilites target the ground. However, if you click too close to an edge, an "Abort!" message appears after you click. If the cursor is over an area where an ability cannot be used, the cursor should change to a different picture. This would prevent us from mis-clicking.
Frogboy, thanks for keep us in the loop! I concur with pacov. It might be a good idea to create the journals, and then lock them. That would help keep out the riff-raff flamers. Perhaps you could promote some good forum members to moderators and give them the responsibility of deleting flamewars.
Do you spend everything you have on low level items?
I will almost always do this. You get 80% of your money back when you resell your items, so it's worth it.
Save it for better gear a little later?
I don't generally do this. Never save for an artifact at level 1. It has n00b written all over it. Generally, the lower cost items actually have a better benefit/cost ratio. Usually, you should get better items only after you run out of slots.
