Not sure what that is doing here, Teseer, but it's still awesome. A friend of mine used to fix computers at a shop and this guys called up complaining that he had broken the cup holder off his tower. My friend had no idea what he was talking about, so he told him to bring it in. You guessed it, he had set a big mug of coffee on his cd drive (this was awhile ago) and it had snapped off. Not the same thing, but pretty good all the same. I only usually get to play DG on the weeke

Both of the above posts are dead on. I pretty much play a the same Rook build as Orion described and it works. Things that can't be stressed enough with Rook. Rule 1: Patience Rule 2: Patience Rule 3: Patience Seriously. Do not leave your farm unless you can clearly see that ALL of your opponents are engaged elsewhere except for the one you are trying to chase down and finish off. Remember, one of Rook's greatest strengths is his independent attacks. If you are
Great write up pacov. I was looking to play LE the other day and had settled on a very similar build. Now I know it is justified and see some good reasons to pick up skills in that order. I liked the tip about using stun to keep people out of flag cap range. Not having played much Erebus (and the only other character who can do this is TB, or Rook if he is good with his rock against multiple opponents), it would have taken me a while to figure that out. Question: Is Bat Swarm
Great guide Ninki. Good to see current strategies on the forums again. Looking forward to the rest. + 1
3 on 3 Cata: 1 of: Oak, LE, UB 1 of: Rook, Occ, Sed 1 of: Qot, Reg, Da, TB Tweak it how you like but after 20 games of all tier 3, you'll be bored of that too. Come up with an easy way to put that in the titles of games, maybe: "Tier 1-3 Game" and I'm there. There are 10 DGs, not 40+ like LOL or HON. I'd rather see them all used.
I love that Demigod is finally getting it's fair share of clans! Maybe SD/GPG will finally get the "Top Clan" feature of Pantheon working in 1.3.
Lol. Just a random Necro, RAWRRR? Or did you resurrect this one for a reason?
I used this fix and it seems to have worked (no crashes about 3 weeks now), and I have the 5700 series, not the 5800, which this is for. Good Luck. http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/Grey-screen-and-vertical-line-corruptions.aspx

Then I'd replace beastial wrath with the ability to summon bishops; they don't have to be bought just a skill that needs to be selected once, then is always there when you press 2 and costs the same amount of mana as it does for generals to summon them.
While you're at it, give spit the range of snipe... and make it an interrupt.
Quoting OMD_Jona, reply 33To me Boulder roll is the best spell in the game I always max it whenever I can. That tower of light isnt going to save you or a crazy teammate in a pinch. It will when you can drop one so that your Level 7 Oak with Shield three can port in.
...or Sedna with a Heal, or QoT with a Shield, or any general with monks. Being able to have your teammates follow you whereever you go
When people say DG is a one-dimensional game, (stack hps, sigils, scrolls, whatever it is they bitch about), I point to a thread like this where I think a strong case has been made (by some of the best players in the game) for at least 4 or 5 different skills being the strongest.
It's not just you. I've been 511 for like a month. I don't think anyone cares though, either players or GPG/SD. It is nice to be able to see how you fare as each DG. That's the only part I miss.
Most Annoying: Mines. Followed by Pew-Pew. (Not really an ability, but still...) It is like, "Seriously, Reg? Will you just stand still so I can drop an Axe in your forehead?"
Legit reasons, Teseer.
No, you're right Orion. I don't care how useful the DG is, cause then we would just have all the big 3's abilities listed first. I'm just talking about spells. QoT needs all her spells to cost 2/3 of what they do, spike wave to be an interrupt and level 15 abilities that don't blow and she would be awesome.
Interesting. Yes, Acclimation is OP. Mist? I'm seriously asking: are you serious?
Another post got me thinking it was time to hash this one out again. What is (currently) the best ability in the game? Bite? Boulder Roll II? Shield III? I'm probably gonna say Shield III is the most game changing and easiest to abuse.
Yeah, it's too bad that the pace of the game dictates that they rarely get used.
A Blinking Rook is very dangerous, and a lot of fun. To bad he can't start the game with Cloak of Elfinkind, this would be a very viable build.
Yeah. A Blinking Rook is a lot of fun, and very dangerous. If he could just start the game with CoE, this build would be quite viable.
Cloak of Elfinkind. Not always gonna happen, but a lot of fun when it does.
Is this like Thing 1 and Thing 2?
Thanks Jongalt. I haven't played around much with the software on the projector. I assume I would shut-off post processing there, as opposed to in the computer?
LOL. Yeah. Hadn't thought of that. She is waay to small on a screen to show off her, um, flower.
