Just found out we have a Seton's Clutch cover? AWESOME. My second favourite RTS map of all time.
I think that's an issue of the map's design versus how the game is played. The nodes all seem to fill a ratio of 2 metal, 1 radioactive no matter where they are. However, early game (Tier 1) requires almost exclusively metal, mid game (Tier

In most games I played, the Nexus was literally inundated by turrets. The forces would jump out and engage artillery forces that were sniping
Pretty awesome idea, so long as the construction costs scale with the speed (So twice as fast, but at double the resource consumption).

Yeah, right click on your desktop, and Radeon Settings should be at the top. Click that. When it loads, the upper left corner should say "Gaming", click that. If you see Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation, click that; If not, in the top right corner is "Browse", click that, and tell it where the game is. Once you've clicked Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation, on the bottom row of settings is one that says "Crossfire" with a bunch of options. Click it, and set it to "Disabled". That way yo

Since then, I haven't been able to boot the game - it goes straight to bluescreen every time, immediately after it loads the different cursor for the
I have to say, I can't even see what difference gets made - the game instantly crashes, and the PC ends up going to the Blue Screen of Death if I try to run it in Vulkan. Not sure if I've done something wrong.

Mine is crashing completely (Goes to blue screen) when I try to run Vulkan.
Using medics is not early. Medics are slow, require radioactives and have a large build time. If you were to watch replays of high level games you would see how much of an advantage Substrate had with creep clearing with the faster speed of Martyrs, shield regen, and being able to spam as many Assemblies as you want since they can transition into Cruiser or Air Units production. This is just simply wrong. Go into the 2.3 modding buil
I'm OK with some of the Dreadnoughts leading the armies, but some of them don't do well in the lead position, specifically the Overmind, Nest of the Queen & Leonidas (Cronus too, but I believe it kept its rearward position?). They attract way too much damage (especially since most heavy weapons prioritize T4/T3 units), and have enough range to be perfectly effective from the rear position. Also, the units that default to
The big one for me is what you mentioned above: Put the data on the weapon. The amount of things that could benefit from that beyond just drone anti-air capabilities would be really helpful to the player.

It fires many shots a second along the same path so that it looks like a beam but in reality it isn't. But I suppose it's mostly anecdotal as my Leos always get them selves into trouble chasing enemy juggernauts as the AI back peddles when outmatched. What is the best way of healing them by the way? I stuck one of mine by a couple of healing stations a
Yes, it's currently really annoying that you have to cancel every reinforcement queued up in order to get a factory to produce a unit on its own.
The subs are swarm-y and disposable compared to the PHC self sustaining steamrollers are they not? If anything it could be cool to have units that upon death regen shields of allies. Really play on that disposable nature of your swarm. Self sustain via attacking and all that. I personally find that, as of the last patch, the substrate are better at swarming the maps points then the PHC due to their very flexible productio
Isn't the eye just the same unit that the PHC have? I'm not personally a fan as I kinda liked the more divergent units each side have, with the PHC currently having the only juggernaut sized dread killer and the Substrate having the massive juggernaut sized drone carrier. But that's just me. Fantastic looking models! I just wish I had a PC that could turn the graphics up higher!
The PHC equivalent doesn't do sp

Vulkan is working so far, looks like I'm getting a performance increase but still unable to select mGPU, also running the benchmark only shows one of my 2 GPUs active. Perhaps Stardock can give an official comment on a time frame (weeks/months) as to when we can expect Vulkan to use mGPUs? Both of these look utterly rad.
Eh? Vulkan can run on Win 7/8, DX12 can't (won't). If you mean crossfire/SLI, then, maybe.
Currently the game doesn't actually have Crossfire/SLI support outside of DX12, which is only for Windows 10 users. What I want to know is if Vulkan is allowing us to run mGPU the same way as the DX12 version does.

Hooray! I presume Vulkan will let us Windows 7 folks use two cards?
I suspect Genesis went nuts because it was an extremely intelligent creature being held back by a simple being in comparison. Samuel gave him enough intellectual power that he easily outperformed his creator, and was almost an equal for Mac, the Neoph, Haalee (The most intelligent being in the universe so far) and a child of Haalee combined. As a result, I doubt it felt justified serving anyone but itself. As for teleporting forces
