To expand on NorsemanViking's point a little for clarity's sake; there are some pre-built maps and scenarios with special settings, alongside the random maps which you can edit with a variety of settings that adjust resources and the like. You can also make your own maps with an editor! (In GC2, presumably GC3):D

Help! I'm shockingly incompetent! Seriously, I'm the stupidest shmuck to grace this green Earth. I'm looking to modify a few ENTITY files (Like the one for the Kol, starbases and a few techs), so I copied them to a new folder. I tried to use the "ConvertData_Rebellion.exe" and... well... nothing. Clicking it, running it, double-clicking, running as administrator, everything fails to open it, all it shows is a black box which flashes for a few milliseconds b
