It is a known issue yes. If you enable the Hex grid you will see that the hex shows the right colours and the right borders. You can use that to correctly assess the state of the borders.

Hiya! I checked out your save using Misam Fleet XIX (which had a Support 1 ship in it) and I got the same message as you did. So I removed it from the fleet and still got the message. So I dig a little and found that you got a T.A.S. Freighter M2-9 in that fleet hehe. Once I removed it from the fleet I was able to invade a planet. So my guess is that there's a freighter in the fleet you were trying to use to invade!

You're welcome! The mod in question is named: Homeworld Events buildable 2.2 and can be found at https://www.galciv4.com/mods/manager . I also included it in the Bundle of mods you can find at the same link. As for the crash, maybe it's the alt-tab that's causing it ? Does your game crash often ? Or did you mean something else ?

I'm really not sure about the 3 choices building. I personally use a mod from Sarellion that gives you the building on turn one and lets you decide where to put the one you choose. I used to not get the event that give those building either with a custom made civilization. Having said that I did forward your issue to the team. As for Tales of Arnor, that's normal. The screen hasn't changed. If you go in the Mission menu you should see the Tales of Arnor scenario if you have it correct

That's because the value is based on your leader diligence score. That -1% will go to -2%, etc. as you increase that diligence score. I got a 20 diligence leader in my current game that gives me -4%. You just don't see the decimals so that's why it may seems like it's not changing.

That's really strange. I'm getting 100ish FPS when looking at this screen. Using the latest Nvidia drivers. I have the whole gigantic map revealed as well. When zooming out, yeah the FPS does go down, but when I zoom back in and only look at one sector, or one part of a sector, it goes back up quickly.

Now this is really strange then. I just created a new Synthetic/Artificial specie and started a new game with it. Placing down the Computational Core gave me access to the Manufacturing District right away. Edit: Alright looks I found the issue. If you rush build the Computational Core on the first turn you get access to the manufacturing district. On the other hand if you let it build naturally after a few turns you do not get the district. So there's a trigger bug when you don't rus

When you say "basic Manufacturing tile" you mean the Manufacturing District right ? Just testing it now in a brand new Yor game, placing down the Computational Core and rush building it does enable the Manufacturing District to be built. So wondering if you are referring something else ?

Hey thx for that feedback! Do you have specifics things that comes to mind as far as UI and bugs ? On 3. that's by design; the voice over wasn't meant to be a word for word read of the text on screen. Still, I've shared your opinions along :)

Yeah, zooming all the way out has always cause the FPS to drop in the 20ish range. Doesn't really matter what kind of system you got. From my understanding it's a very hard if not impossible problem to solve at the moment. Thankfully we don't spend much time playing zoomed out all the way! Performance when zoomed at normal level has gotten better from build to build though and gives enjoyable FPS I find.

It's not necessarily fleet wise no. The description would say if it is usually. In the case of the Gigamass Core it's not fleet wise and will only apply to the the ship itself. Note that there has been talk on the gc4-commons discord to change those components to use energy instead of gigamass. So we'll see what the future holds on that front!

Indeed I do! You can download it at https://www.galciv4.com/mods/manager under UP Bundle of Mods V1.9.30 or later. That particular mod can be found as the UP_MBC_Shrinker folder. Simply put it, or any other mod folders, into %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\GalCiv4\Mods and enable mods either in the game menu or under MODS in the launcher and you're good to go. Note that a new game will be required to get gameplay mods working in your
