Last night I alt-tabbed to the desktop to find out the windows clock said it was 4:00 AM. A fact is a fact so I said to myself: just a couple of more turns and I really go to sleep. Which I did at 06:00 AM :D

This game is... awesome. Almost impossible to stop playing. Even at the lowest AI level it's a challenge. Soo many things happen and soo many things influence the universe based upon the way you play, the random events etc. Yes, indeed the best 4 (5) X game ever! And the fabulous support! Several updates in little more than a week after the release, quick action based upon input by the players to tweak the game. What can you want more. :) :) :)

I don't know if this is asked before, but it seems after updating the game to the most recent version I'm not able anymore to load old saved games, it seems to load fine in first instance, but when it's finished I only get blank screens and when I hit the planet button the game crashes to the desktop. I started a new game, saved it and loaded it and this works fine. Only the old saved games apparently not loadable?

Ken, it looks like you bought this game without first finding out what the game is about. That's in general NOT a good idea, because chances ARE BIG that you will be disappointed. I know this will look like a circle, but still: IF you would have read the available info on this site, the reviews and so on, BEFORE you bought it, you wouldn't be disappointed because probably you wouldn't have bought it in the first place. If one thing is sure, Brad, you and your team deserve a break. Incredible, this level of support! Gives us players the time to play some games and Xperience Galciv. Many already said it, this game is awesome, almost impossible to stop playing. And that says enough :)

Let's assume we have the technology to explore the universe, we also possibly could predict our sun to go supernova, as a matter of fact we already know now when this will happen to our Sun (don't worry, it will take another 5 billion years at least :) )
