Right click the GC Strategie button and htt reset list. ~SDC~
Seems to have been sorted :), although culture and influence still takes a few turns to calculate, the mth countdown works from the second you re load :) ~SDC~
Opps beaten to it..wish i took up that speed typing course now.. ~SDC~
1. Trade more ;) The AI does, thats why they might get ahead. 2. JavaScouts Website is perfect. Has all techs/wonders/trade good listed and explained. 3. It Remembers the upgrade, The %'s stack up until you can rise a point. That said only the starfighter has such poor attack :) 4. ? no idea, maybe it was a Precursor ship? or maybe you had military bonuses in effect? or maybe it had good attack but low defense, or maybe it was his initial survey ship..tell me some stats of the ship
Could these two fixes be explained? Im not sure what they mean, and what the original fault with them was? -moved calc abilities for humans to make sure that ships will get bonuses calculated in -fleet invasion casualties bug fixed ~SDC~
Yay! Great news :) PS can these too fixes be explained, as i dont understand them "-moved calc abilities for humans to make sure that ships will get bonuses calculated in -fleet invasion casualties bug fixed " ~SDC~

Yup that was what i meant, where Valamir gained a 30% increase in score, this could be a bit unfair when your score is alraedy 5000 or something.
And no..the bonus pack..is well a bonus :) you download it seperately. Either from this site or Stardock
Depends, maybe his troops had a higher quality, or some + bonuses affecting him. Next time nee what figure he has. If his Troops are rated 2.05 and yours are still 1.05, your gonna have a hard time fighting your way out of a paper bag ;)
haha Ash, i just read though that Avault posting..ouch hehe, when i get back from work i think i might a comment or too of my own. Anyways..just won a game on Normal level..and the AI actually resigned..i wish it would do this at lower levels..then again i think ill only play normal upwards now for the challenge.
Opps was cut off, except sometimes nothing happens for me, and i have to take out the minor Civs.
Yup i've had an alliance victory too. The only people left alive have to be you, and your ally
Hmm lucky you ash :) I would prefer all the small civs im killing to resign to my biggest enemy and creat a nice end battle, but i have played over 10 games so far and never even seen that. Anything to do with difficulty level? Im playing sub normal the last 3 days as i test out things
im *sure* i saw this mentioned as a feature, never seems to happen on my game. Getting very boring having to scour the galaxy for 40 minutes taking over the odd planet, and making the troops, especially as i have about 50 planets at this stage. I seem to end up having to go for a culture victory to allieve this.
just build the factory upgrades, i.e all of the ones that increase military and social production. ~SDC~
Damn typos my point was to make it worth putting some money into espionage much earlier. ~SDC~
more populations does indeed equal more base production. Hence why peoplelove to grab the uber rare 26 base class planets ~SDC~
I know, my point was to make putting some money into Espionage much earlier, as im sure your like me and dont use it until an hour or 2 into the game. Would give it a bit more importance and tactical advantage. Maybe the AI can even be programmed to do the same, and make predictions on strategy based on the human choices. ~SDC~
Discovered this by accident. Say your about to win a cultural victory. You want to get more Pop and Tech to get a higher score, but your set to win in a few turns. So you save, reload, and the PC takes 2 turns to recalulate your Influence, you can then research more, increase your pop, and then save, rinse, repeat etc. The only way i can see to stop this is make Loading games longer, by allowing the CPU to calculate the scores straight away. ~SDC~
It would also help determine your stance to certain, civs, i.e if the torians have all war bonuses, you need to be prepared. If the alterans have all research points, you know to ally with them and let them research for you ;) ~SDC~
Some additional surrender, diplomacy options would be nice, i.e Conditional surrender - not allowed to mass ships near their old enemy for X number of turns (a la Germany post WW1 and 2 Unconditional Surrender - You can force this when you are Uber powerful, make them give reparitions to whoever they were fighting, ban them from building up at all. Reduce their Military Production by X% for XYears etc. Armistace - A cease fire for X Turns, if you attack during this you
hmm i would like to see a few options regarding this. Conditional surrender - not allowed to mass ships near their old enemy for X number of turns (a la Germany post WW1 and 2 Unconditional Surrender - You can force this when you are Uber powerful, make them give reparitions to whoever they were fighting, ban them from building up at all. Reduce their Military Production by X% for XYears etc. Armistace - A cease fire for X Turns, if you attack during this you encur the
