You think its kick-ass to release a unfinished game and have a community that supports it and praise them for fixing all the stuff that should have been there at release? Why do I still get games against AI and with AI ? Why is it so hard to fix this? People drop after the game has already been setup. Typically this is because of groups of friends wanting to play with each other and dropping when they don't see each other in the connection info of the game. Why do I get games with people of all skill levels and not with something equal to me? I think it's the size of the community. When there's only a handf
Stardock support is kick-ass. The fact that the devs post directly to the users at all is basically a miracle, and the rate at which patches have been coming out far exceeds my expectations. Don't get me wrong; I was dismayed that there were no replays, moddability, and limited skirmish options (why no FFA!?!?!) at launch, but the gameplay is solid and the patches are really hitting the big ticket areas so I'm still optimistic.

If you're after the maximum amount of favour points who can get in the shortest time possible what would you do: play for 10 minutes, without moving, lose the game and get 45 favour or play for an hour, maybe win and maybe get 200 favour.[/quote] Who gives a crap about favor points?

IMO erebus is almost as good against reg too... I use cloak tp+bite followed by a chase if I smell blood and it's good times. I think erebus+ub is just a very good combination in general. Both pretty competent 1vs1 at holding lanes, and with the chain stuns (foul grasp + sleep, then bite for slow) an extra cm at the wrong time could very quickly become an overextension. Sorry, I don't have much constructive advise on beating the combination though. :( Perhaps the b

I wouldn't be so quick to say the game doesn't crash anyore... I've had at least one crash (for me the game just disappears and I'm back on desktop with no error). The game before that one of my teammates crashed. Also, we've had people "time out" of the lobby, which usually means crash.
My opening strat (erebus) is easy: Priests... spawn them, attach one to my partner Mana potion (it's pretty much all I can afford now that 900 gold is gone... but the priests and bite will keep the HP up, and the mana potion will keep the mana up, so I'm good for a while) I use cloak of the night for mana, mana capacity, and for early and unexpected TP+bite attacks (and escapes). I usually get my first kill at lvl 4 from a squishy ranged unit. People don't e
Absolutely. As an erebus that rushes towers like a mofo there's nothing more lame than finding out late that tower damage is on high.
Hello, It seems to me that all minions share the same AI scripts, as they all seem to behave the same. Yeah, we all know about the pathing issues, but what I want to talk about is the intelligence. Basically, it seems to me that all minions think they are siege units. If they are even remotely close to a tower, they rush in and attack it. Even when I click them and instruct them to back off, most of the time they'll turn around and go right back after the tow

I think of myself as a decent tanks (priests + bite + easy evasion when things get tough) so I'm usually the guy people sink their skills into since I'm on the frontlines. I also think of myself as a "close-range sniper"/"snagger". When the enemy has low hp but is getting away swarm+bite is great for the finishing blow. Or, if they have lots of hp, swarm+bite (slow) + sleep (stun) is great for snagging demigods so that the team can unleash on them now that they've caught u
