I don't take the PQ14 planets because I like to pump my tax rate up. I'll take them after I have a good economy going, but not until then. I can afford to wait because the AI does not go after those at all in 1.05. I'm not sure if this has changed in the beta. ~SDC~
Str777, you might want to back down on the difficulty setting a little. It's nice to see that you like Masochistic settings, but you will understand the game better if you win a few at lower difficulty levels first. Just my 2bc. ~SDC~

Ray, my last game was pure evil against 5 pure good AIs and look at my score! :sniff!: Of course I had no money at the end, which could have contributed quite a bit. I had killed off (absorbed) everyone else except the Torians. I wonder if THAT had anything to do with it. ~SDC~

One thing that bothers me is the ability to abuse the new minors in Maso. Actually, everyone, for that matter. If you set up a nice juicy trade with someone for a long time, then destroy them the next turn, you still get tribute for the next 50 turns or so (from a dead race!). :SURPRISED: Why is this?
