If you open the saved group file to edit it (you can using right click on it in the config ui), what does it say for the command line?

Not currently, but I can see why that would be useful. You would need to be logged in on the secondary computer though. For now you can set a hotkey to connect up or use the right click tray menu to connect.

We use the OS icon cache hence not having a rebuild option. The OS maintains caches per size so this can cause things to look correct when viewing a folder but then look wrong in the menu due to different icon sizes being asked for. The folder menus actually reload icons from the OS cache on each open. A symlink should be invisible to Start11 and other apps so I am surprised if they are not working correctly but we will do some testing here to see if anything shows up.</
The issue here is the software is working as it was told to. There is a path to the third monitor from the main computer. Now why would it act like that I imagine you will ask, it is because Multiplicity is designed to allow you to have a computer turned off in which case it would skip large areas in the grid to find the next available machine, or you may have monitors which are aligned say right which you would still want to be able to access. In this case it is n
Have you installed anything which might alter how explorer works / appears?
We can reproduce this. For now just say ok and I think it will then install correctly. This will be fixed early next week.
A screenshot would be helpful here if possible.

You have to position the mouse pointer just right. This new overflow menu is really slick. You just click on the 3 dots (aka ellipsis) at the right end of the 1st row and up pops the additional overflow buttons. Click on the 3 dots again and it disappears. I used to limit the number of b
Do you use the OS virtual desktop like feature? We are aware this can happen on computers without even having Start11 installed suggesting an OS bug. There is a theory this is more likely to happen if you have seconds enabled on the taskbar too and some suggestion it is linked to that particular feature.
I can reproduce this and it does not happen if you immediately kill start 11 and return to windows taskbar it's immediately fixed. (or if you restart explorer from start11 menu) It's very intermittent, but happens more often when switching between multi-monitor setups (eg when moving from desk a to desk b to desk c with a laptop) without rebooting or forcing explorer restart. Thats very strange as we shouldn't be doing anything with the taskbar when enhanced taskbar is disabled. That should be all the OS. Are you sure this isn't happening without Start11 too?
It is that very wide button. The left one of the two next to each other.
This is not a feature we implemented as we offer scrolling and multi line taskbars. So I can understand your request better, I would be interested in knowing what is it you like about the taskbar overflow menu over say scrolling or having a second row?
It looks like the menu was off screen. Did you run your game at a different screen resolution to your desktop and how many monitors do you have?
I'm using Start11 to get the vertical taskbar and, in general, it is working great! I do have a question: The task bar in Windows 10 would put multiple system tray icons next to each other if the taskbar was wide enough. The wider the taskbar was, the more icons it would put side-by-side. The Start11 task bar is not doing that and so the icons are eating up more space in the task bar and leaving less space for the pinned and ac
Open Multiplicity settings on the primary, go to settings page on the left, click "Control switching based on mouse movement..." button. This has options to prevent switching. See if any are enabled.
You need to say yes to that prompt it shows. I think you accidentally enabled the option to allow a secondary to control other computers via KVM mode rather than just the primary. That needs activation as a primary on the secondary which wouldn't work as each copy of MP is licensed for one primary.
What is the hotkey set to do exactly and what happens?
Which window are you leaving open? The config window shouldn't have any impact on this as it isn't responsible for sending anything. Is it possible the issue is being caused by whatever window has focus, perhaps it is set to not allow switching when a fullscreen window is up for example.
